Thanks for clearing that up, Sadguru. With great to respect to Bruce Lee, I had occasionally had an inclination that perhaps a misuse or misdirection of energy had caused what happened...
Yes, I believe this. I studied Taekwondo in college and had a Sensei. One day he had us all stand in a line in our doboks. He came by and was doing a little two inch hit like that too. I was seeing other people buckling down and wondered what was happening. It hardly looked like he was putting any effort in the punch and didn't know if it would have the effect on me. I thought I would handle it and not even flinch maybe. Then he came by me, smiled, and just did a little two finger punch tap...right in the center above the abdomen (same as in the picture in the video at 1:27) and I felt all the wind being knocked from me and I was stunned and felt my knees buckle. It was a cool sensation. No pain. Just a strange ooomph feeling. He was a very nice white man trained by traditional Korean Sensei. very disciplined and good teacher. Maybe seventh degree black belt. By the end of the training he told me no problem I could be a black belt if I pursued. But I just continued to train on my own and never pursued anymore belts other than the one I had. So enjoyable learning. All the precision of movement required, and even had to learn how to count in Korean and learn some other language terms. I really liked it.
The exercises are just a refreshment, but the energy isn't really triggered or directed from physical movements, it's more about the state of how it remains under outside stresses and exertions. We don't really need too much physical movements to keep energies relaxed and beheld in containment

Just watched it, wow jab to the body and KO, amazing and scary reaction too of Rosario almost like he was possessed by the Manipuraka of Charlo's
From what I understood, it's about using your own Manipuraka not punching others'.
@@cosmosapien597 It is, but I just thought that knockout was a good example of it in reverse. I fixed my original post to reflect it.
@@ObsidianElohim I had been punched there too during sparring sessions. Mostly accidentally. The pain stays with you for weeks. Every time you bend forward even a little bit it feels like someone stabbed you. Pretty nasty place to get hit.

Bruce lee could control his own adrenaline it was always said..
If you matter your emotion... thru training and discipline.
That's the reason of his early death
Bruce Lee was indeed an extraordinary man, but ordinary man cant comprehand how much work that man put into his skill. That are hours and hours of hard training behind it, that few people can understand.
I have always wondered and questioned what made him leave the body, and always knew he must have reached certain limits (and still wanted to go beyond without proper preparation. Just observe him in the many clips and videos out there and you can peep through his mind and character.)But never really knew which ones. Namaste Sadhguru !

Well a stable mind can do things that seem extraordinary to unstable minds.
True.
Hmmm, I'd say focused mind.
I've done extraordinary things out of anger, which isn't stable.
And yeah, I don't condone anger.... it's very destructive. It's better to be constructive.
After long time, finally I got the logical and sensible answer.
But Sadhguru,
🙏 Please make a another elaborate discussion on Bruce Lee.
🇮🇳🕉️🙏
Bruce Lee's philosophy is just magnificent ❤

Thank you Sadhguru, for this extraordinary explanation.

We don't really need too much physical movements to keep energies relaxed and beheld in containment
please elaborate
Please can you elaborate? It's been 10 months you still haven't said anything
Love martial arts because of legends such as Bruce Lee. I go do Muay Thai now.

Yes Bruce Lee seems to have channeled into a higher power! Through his mental and physical self!
No. He used good body mechanics.

In my opinion Bruce Lee was the closest thing to real life Superman. He had complete mastery over his physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. He was a complete master and the architect of his own destiny. He ultimately did what he wanted and regardless of what anyone thought or said about it.
