Please do PPF on the front end, if not at least on top of the windshield. If you plan on doing road trips, those roofs rust FAST due to rock chips. Mercedes Sucks when it comes to painting these. Our 2021 Sprinter which is used commercially but locally, is rusting like hell on the top.
Even wrap it, do ANYTHING!

I work in Germany as a car painter and we paint multiple fiberglass roofs a year for Mercedes V-Classes. Looks like after a certain time, they start leaking like shit. And since they cant remove them, without destroying them, they have to glue in a complete new roof every time.
How do you run your sprinter locally if you don't mind sharing.

A little out of tune, but let it be forgiven this time. 😏
I highly suggest checking your weights before you tow again. GVWR is 11030 on a 3500XD. GCWR (max weight of van plus trailer) is 15,250. Max tow capacity is 7500lbs. Make sure you are under ALL weights.
Those are not the upfit van. They are for sure over. They need an aluminum trailer and they might be able to tow the lighter cars. Who spends 150k doing zero research
@goonzquad needs to see this, the rated towing capacity of that van is exactly 5000 pounds. They are way overloaded and the result could be catastrophic.
Nobody laughs at my conversion van anymore, after going on a long trip with me around the country. Luxury, convenience, comfort ... beats fighting airline BS and you always have a comfortable seat, bed, and bathroom at your beckon call. Hope you enjoy it like I do mine (and mine aint half as big as yours !!).

Those Sprinters are nice. The new ones go up into the $300,000 range. I've had a big Class diesel pusher bus for about 6 years, they're a great time. Enjoy, be safe....

That wouldn’t be smart. Anything can happen and whoever they fix the car for could have an accident then blame them if they got hurt saying it wasn’t fixed right or something. Maybe if everyone wasn’t so ready to screw each other over but they honestly shouldn’t even think about fixing a car for anyone.

That van is on another level. I am definitely jealous. I looked at those vans years ago and back then the only thing that did not work that well was the AC. It had a great turning radius which is very important when you have any kind of van. Another issue I had with them is they would not discount the price at all. I ended up buying a Ford van with all leather interior that was all factory and I loved it. It even had rear AC so you were always comfortable. Of course it was nothing like what you have but for me at the time I could not have been happier with the Ford.
Well then splinter vans have a lot of aftermarket parts you can do it for towing or camping or off-road your choice you can build a meet either way you want hopefully you guys make an epic build an epic series keep up the good work

When y'all first started out I have watched every single video from the start never miss not one yet at first it was two or three videos a week and then down to a couple and then down to one a week and now we are lucky to even get one every two weeks yeah we're keeping us hanging on these builds I am a very very big fan and now I got to wait two or three weeks 2 see 1 video what's up with that bro I know we all have families I do too but you keeping us hanging on your current build and what not
Been saying for a while, that would be interesting building a Sprinter tow rig, retrofitting the interior of an S-Class. Would be cheaper as providing plenty of content.
Brabus or Maybach can offer some more upgrades to these VIP -Pimp mobiles including : special painting schemes

Years ago I bought an older 2000 Chevy Express Hightop Conversion Van for my daughter’s travel softball. Absolutely my favorite vehicle I ever owned and it was nowhere near this van.

Nice Sprinter, a heavy trailer without brakes can push the rear away and jackknife the whole combination especially in corners or under heavy braking. Also keep the load on the rear without enough load you risk the trailer lifting the rear of the pulling vehicle and losing the rear brakes.

Max towing 7700lbs (with Euro hitch) on a empty Sprinter, yours has much added weight but you stap a 8-9k load on it…… They just can’t tow the weights you guys want/need, the construction of the van is just not there to handle the weight
