OMG.... Those little pail. I am so doing those with the little bottle brush trees. I'm so wanting to start now but I got to a least wait a week or 2. My craft room is upstairs and I'm down with a broken foot. I give it a week of watching videos and I'll be scooting up backwards on my butt to get to my craft room. Lol
I love your ideas! I did the yarn trees a couple of years ago, but used pink, gray, and the natural color. All soft muted shades. Still love them. I did use old wood from my stash for the bases, but i have a workshop with tons of old wood! And you Know that i love your bloopers!!! Laughing out loud at them !!!
I'm digging the diys. You should see my craft room. You would probably call the men in the white jacket to bring a straight jacket to pick me up. I start putting Christmas decoration up the first week of November on the inside. But on the outside I put up fall and Thanksgiving. One of my trees is alright on the living room floor in its box and I have bows and garland and ornaments everywhere. I'm making 10 wreaths. So far I've completed 8. But I'll make my deadlines. Thank you for your holiday decorating ideas. I want to make a coffee/cocoa bar for my holiday guest but I don't want to use traditional red and white. But I don't know what colors yet. My coffee/ cocoa bar will also include tea and Im putting out my cappuccino machine also. Have a great and blessed and profitable holiday.

You can always make the acrylic paint into a chalk paint, since you like the red, so it's not so thin!!

Maybe use a clear spray paint on the red acrylic paint before removing the stencil and see how that works.
