- Great clip from this forgotten Charles Napier '80s cop classic. Napier plays the most washed up of all alcoholic cops who eventually has to get his poop together in order to catch a psychotic hooker-killing machine (played by a young Robert Z'Dar) who uses ancient asian killing techniques to make himself immortal. Allegedly based on the Richard Ramirez case. Co-produced by George "Buck" Flower (who has a cameo as, what else, a homeless guy) and directed by stuntman Max Kleven. Is it me, or does Robert Viharo look just like Kevin DuBrow in this?
This clip really makes me want to see the rest of this movie...so awesome and strange.

@@ColonelMarcellus I did eventually see the whole film, and agree, it doesn't really live up to the couple of scenes in TH-cam.
Classic 80s Hollywood cop show. I really liked Charles Napier. RIP pardner.

Great actor. Stoopid movie. From 1987. Aka 'The Man Who Could Not Be Killed'. Not to be confused with the TV classic 'The Night Stalker' from 1972, with Darren McGavin.
Was Robert Viharo also in the House on the edge of the park?
or is that another Kevin Dubrow look alike?
Cop in the white suit was eventually beaten to death by Hannibal Lecter. He got cute about a second helping of lamb chops, extra rare.
