    Yes this is true. It is not wrong at all. CIBIL score and Salary Slip are all just factors included. The main thing is how much the bank trusts you when it comes to timely payments. This is the main criteria.

      Uss time kuch nahi matter kre ga na he documents na he cibil.

      @@Ninja00007x i have received loan in just three days from SBI..and they were genuinely helpful. People who complain about these bank are the ones who go there thinking that everything will go by there way even if their documents or criterias are not fulfilled.

      @@thefreethinker6176 the main motive of psbs are public welfare and not just profit making also the npa s are due to big ticket loans which are sanctioned by top management and also due to unsecured loans like mudra etc which psbs are provided due to government instructions

    Wow, how beautifully this manager kept his calm and kept on explaining his point...inside, he knew that this customer is just wasting his time and trying poke him in every possible way but this manager has shown great skills of a manager...this man, who is making this video should go to HDFC Bank and make the same video and upload that...he should also ask the HDFC bank manager about how they recover their bad loans😂🤣

    Seen for 7 minutes and 20 seconds the manager behaved magnificently.. You cannot force a loan out of an employee.. He is right you may have all the necessary documents but it is upto the branch head or the branch credit team to decide if you will get the loan or not

      First and foremost criteria for giving a loan is to Branch manager has to be satisfied that customer,s profile and proposed unit is economically viable or not . Even the unit may pass all the banks or rbi laid down guidelines.

      @@unsung.2770 The Branch Manager attitude is incorrect. The bank have laid down guidelines for Loan Assesment in the form of circular. As a ex-banker myself I prefer to check CIBIL & account statements before asking for KYC/ Annual Report/ITR/GST Return etc... followed by visit to the business location understanding the business & the order book and the end use of fund. It's that simple. Mortgage & Collateral come for loan above 10 lakhs. Any loan below 10 lakh can be covered by primary security like Stock/Machinery/Tools/Hypothecation etc... also CGTMSE Guarantee/any guarantee under central/state govt plan. Keeping one safe from the Accountability part is keep your documentation up to the mark and due diligence in the form of visits/enquiry from neighbour/ Calling up the top 10 debtors/ creditors... Check for risk concentration... Double check financials/Ratios/take up insurance for stocks/ Promoters education level/ Banker's Feedback (If relationship with other Bank). There is no personal bias or subjectivity. All criteria is set down in the circular just to be followed.

    The customer was trying to get some point so as to malign the manager's image. They have to answer if some loan goes into NPA. Banking is a tough job with heaps of paper work and computer entries. The manager was very patient and knew his role well

Any loan below 10 lakh can be covered by primary security like Stock/Machinery/Tools/Hypothecation etc... also CGTMSE Guarantee/any guarantee under central/state govt plan. Keeping one safe from the Accountability part is keep your documentation up to the mark and due diligence in the form of visits/enquiry from neighbour/ Calling up the top 10 debtors/creditors... Check for risk concentration... Double check financials/Ratios/take up insurance for stocks/ Promoters education level/ Banker's Feedback (If relationship with other Bank). There is no personal bias or subjectivity. All criteria is set down in the circular just to be followed.

      Trust me the branch manager is in a big soup because of this video, the BM seeks of arrogance & illiteracy, the body language depicts that of a Rogue not that of a Banker. It can't be the attitude of a Banker, We as a Banker talks of numbers, we crunch numbers for living. This is pathetic.

    Loan mostly will be given to those, who have some stock with them.
    Monthly they will check the Stock and see credit debut list.
    Tomorrow you will run away with bikes ,who will give repayment...
