    I cried during the affirmations because my brain can't let go of my negative thoughts and it's hard to say these positive affirmations with the feeling of guilt, shame, and worthlessness. But someday these affirmations will resonate with me and will be my truth... Meditation truly is an exercise.

    Sometimes I just want to feel again
    Feel the small joys of life, laughing over silly things and just to be happy for being there in that moment
    Some where along the way I lost it
    I lost myself
    I just wanna be happy and feel happiness deep from my heart even if it's just for few seconds
    I crave that feeling these days more than ever

    This was really helpful for me. I'm 15 and I've had the feelings of anxiety and depression for 3 years now. I only told may parents about this a few months ago, but I didn't tell them how painful it is now. I only told them that I have little negative thoughts, and I didn't tell them the attacks and episodes because I don't want them to worry. I didn't tell them exactly what the thoughts were, how it feels inside, the pain, rage, panic.
    This meditation is really helpful and I just want to say thank you, My Peace of Mindfulness. This is really helpful for everyone now especially during this pandemic. God bless everyone

      Hey Hannah, that was such a lovely comment. I'm so sorry that you're going through this. I can definitely relate as that's the age that I started struggling and I also felt the need to shield my parents from how bad it was. Everyone has their own journey and you have to cope the way that you need to, but I can promise that if can open up to your parents, they would want to know and they would be better able to help you. Assuming of course that your parents are loving and good to you. Anyway, just a suggestion.

    The first time I felt uncomfortable with the affirmations, now I feel them in my body. And a lot of the times in situations I think: "I can't do this this. I'm not goof enough." And yesterday, spontaneous popped in my mind during a challenging situation: "I CAN DO THIS" and it changed the whole situation, my mindset and my inner world. Thank you and thank myself for my dedication 🙏

    Thank you for this. I've had a rough year. I missed out on a lot of joy this year due to various illnesses like bad colds, allergies, asthma, pneumonia, and strep. My job has been going downhill and I'm not happy with it anymore. Ive got a family vacation planned next week and i want us all to be healthy for it. I feel as down and hopeless as possible.
    But I found this video as consolation. By the end, I felt my breathing improve. It got lighter and easier. I felt more relaxed than I have in a long time. I began to develop awareness of my body sensations as a result of my fears. I relaxed the lungs and eyebrows and started feeling better. Thank you for this! I have faith to carry on in life. Life has many blessings. Those I care about are still doing okay. I am still a relatively functional human being. I can still enjoy life's pleasures. I can eat and enjoy food.

    This was really helpful to me. I'm Depressed over a woman. I've been suffering over women my whole Life (Long Story). But this Mediation made me smile a little-bit. Just a little. But it was enough to make me a little-bit Happy. A tiny bit of happiness is BIG progress when you're going through Depression! ;)

If someone were to ask me: Angel, Are you genuinely Happy in Life right now? I canNot say "Yes"..., no. BUT I'm Empowered & feeling good, and THAT is a Great "Place" (State of Mind) to be at right now... ;)

      Talking to God and telling him everything even though he knows and nothing surprises him, listening to Christian radio station, on non raining days take a walk the sunshine helps a lot, I use this young living product: progressence plus it helps balance out the horomones.     Mushrooms containing psilocybin saved my life. The aided my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quit illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit. It has also helped me survive depression.

      @ralphrandy I feel the same way too. I put too much on my plate and it definitely affects my stress and anxiety levels. I am also glad to be a part of this community.

    I think u are doing a fabulous job what u believe in I whish I have the courage what u believe in my faith is bettry weak I know my savior is away testing my faith to see how strong I'm at. Every thing is base on how much our sAvor will test us in life he knows we fall down but at the same time he wants us to pray for over sins

    I wonder, is this voice from a person or a computer? I'm genuinely curious haha
    but that aside I must say: thank you for this guided meditation. have been practicing for years but this last one has been pretty hard on me and I couldn't even concentrate on a simple 10 minute video. this is the first one that really hit me. I even did it twice in a row to work on two different things I had going on in my mind! muchas gracias
