Caught that UP FXE ethanol train in St.Louis yesterday sure as ever shocked me seeing UP on the BNSF not often do I see it nor Ferromex yet the UP runs through town in St.Louis as well but just to get UP on a BNSF train was interesting in it's own way. Nice catches Jeff.
A good variety of liveries there; Ferromex, a Warbonnet (well, Warbonnet with BNSF lettering), Santa Fe, Burlington Northern; but what were they doing with that old GP9? 1302? Had it just been dug up having been buried in mud for several years?
Holy shit that GP9 looks like it just came back from hell.
Yeah, not in very good shape, I believe it was sold to someone for scrap or parts.
Nice action from the Galesburg area.
Thank you Steven!
@@jefftoft5568 You are welcome.
Some interesting power on that last train too; SD60M+SD60M+B40-8W.
Yep, love seeing that kind of power.

Probably heading to the scrapper, if you look close to the front end it looks an air hose. So it is probably having brake problems.
I saw these along with bnsf 1063 with those h1 sd40-2
Nice!
Great fxe unit
