Thank you for uploading the video. It's very useful, but i am confused about the formula could please derive this formula? Would be a great help. Thank you once again.
I am confused c °. F° C= 9 - 6 = 3 F = 48.2 - 42.8 = 5.4 If I use C ° = 300 gpm × 3 / 24 = 37.5 tons If I use F°. = 300 gpm ×5.4 /24 = 67.5 tons I am confused 🤔 which is correct
Great explanation!! but considering that the result obtained in the formula is an instantaneous value, how we can calculate the cumulative load at different times? For instance, weekly or monthly.
Yes you are correct. The value is instantaneous. But, You can get the value for seconds and minutes just by changing the formula units (like Gallons per second or Gallons per minute). But we can't use the formula to calculate the reading for whole week or month, if we use that we can't get the correct value. BTU meter calculates the reading every minute and adds it up. So, when we check the BTU meter at the end of the month, we get the reading for that month.
what if office 1 and office 2 sets the "same desired temperature" regardless of the number of people or machines in the offices, will the loads turn out the same? otherwise, do you mean there is temperature sensors in office 1 and 2 which automatically sense the room temperatures?
The load will change based on the how much heat is produced inside the room. If there is difference in the heat production then there will changes in the load.
what if there is change in flow rate ? For Example , if flow is 100 gpm for 1 pm to 2 pm and 200gpm for 2 pm to 5 pm. Then how will total energy consumption calculated ?
No, the 24 is not hours. I already explained the meaning of 24 in a separate video. Please click the link below to watch that video. th-cam.com/video/FSt7A4vYUWw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=R38aCN1a70AtUVp_

Sure, I will explain.
I Have a doubt
If 1 ton = 2 GPM
Then your calculation is 300 GPM = 67.5 ton is this right !

If I used less than 24 hours, I can change the number" 24" in the formula. Right? Such as 8 hours.

Why btu meter installing return line
Multiplying factor 3. 51 how is this derived?
It is the conversion factor between the Ton and Kw.
Is it kw instead of Kwh?
As I know that kw is kilowatt
And Kwh is kilowatt per hour
It's Kilowatt per hour.

Means Kwh = tons * 3.51
