We have been given chemo radiation therapy for 6 weeks.. 6 chemo and 30 sessions of radiation..
No surgery was suggested..
Maintenance to be followed by a immunotherapy pill monthy..
Will my mother be cured?? Please tell me

Thanks for your query. Please discuss with your treating consultant Curative intent chemo-radiotherapy for 6 weeks followed by 1 year of Immunotherapy with Durvalumab 2 weekly inj has shown promising results in clinical trial in Stage III lung cancer.
