I love the old ornament hangers. They are better quality without a doubt. I love the red flashed souvenir glass. They are so beautiful. I LOVE Holt Howard. They made the funniest faces on things. I have the plastic Santa heads.Got them at Pic and Save in the 90s.You put them over your twinkle lights .That plastic bag is full of some valuable elfs!I have many felt Santas from my wedding reception decorations.
Those little boxes of santa heads look like fishing bobbers!

Loved watching this video!!! I won't be able to do so this year, but I am going to rethink selling some of my Santas and keep many of them and next year have a Santa convention! I looked briefly in a storage until and saw that I have a tall Harold Gale Santa in MINT condition!! I did not realize that is what he was and that I had him because It has been several years since I put him out. It is going to be like Christmas when I pull everything out and go through 2 of my storage units! I know I have a box of prixies (very vintage and in MInt condition) and Santa pitcher with mugs somewhere!!! Thanks again for another wonderful video and you are my motivator!!!

Thanks for sharing your tips and your life with us! Those Holt Howard candles came that way and are pretty rare and super cool! Notice the flame atop Santa’s hat? Lol. I only know this because I just sold a pair and also thought they were perhaps crafted until I dug around a bit. Hope that helps ya!

Misty, you keep whatever you want in that “hidey hole”. The fact that you got your business removed from your house is your greatest accomplishment. Many will realize, reclaiming your home and life space is paramount. Certainly, it is the key to your sanity. Bravo, well done.
That is completely what I am struggling with right now. I've lost my home in the business and I'm slowly slowly trying to get it back.
@@deannathethriftycorgi1581 operating a resell business out of the home is virtually impossible without a dedicated empty basement or outside building. It is a beast that knows no bounds or limits. Of course, the more dedicated space, the more inventory and death piles that appear. Scott from the old curiosity shop seems to control things rather well. He is a good buying/resell model to follow. He is focused. He seldom makes excuses to buy for himself or buys to give to others. These are the two greatest spending traps we talk ourselves into. Hard to break these bad habits. Good luck!
@@rickeydonald4756 OCS doesnt buy a whole bunch of trinkets, figurines, cuties and junk. Seems like only what will fit on the " kitcken counter" makes it. He doesn't impress as a person of excess.

I don't want the glitter stuff in my house either. I picked up bags and bags of glitter ornaments at the bins this past year. I am going to decorate my Christmas tree that I will put in my yard this coming year with them. I will use solar lights on that tree to cut the use of electricity when lighting up my yard and tree.
