I'd also recommend books by Margaret Killjoy! I've only read A Country of Ghosts so far, but I've heard good things about We Won't Be Here Tomorrow, and Escape from Incel Island. I enjoyed A Country of Ghosts, although I was a bit skeptical at the end. But reading the author's note really helped me contextualize and put things in the right perspective, which made me appreciate the book more.
