Pretty Christmas nails! For patterns printed on regular letter size paper, I cut out a circle around the apex area to be able to see the fabric. (A tip I learned from the lovely Karina of Lifting Pins and Needles)
That dress is so nice and comfy looking. And it doesn't look like maternity. Your nails are gorgeous. I love pedicures - feels so pampered. Haven't had either done since covid-19. I have actually used the parchment paper cuz I used to decorate cakes and had a roll of it. It works for me and like you said not as expensive!
Oh cool, you're in CP! If there's ever a local sewing meet up when things are back to normal again I hope to see you there. There are so many local sewing vloggers and Instagrammers. Tis the place for creativity. Anyho, I'm enjoying your great sewing tips. Thank you.
I knew the wonky donkey joke...the short jokes I can remember...so that ones perfect for me 😋. My hubby likes the long drawn out story ones but I seem to loose interest half way through with those...do you.. 😂. Loving your striped dress 👌💝. Must try some of that Swedish tracing paper one day...it looks like it would wear well too if it was a well used pattern 👍😁💕😘
“A wonky”! I nearly cried 😂. The silly ones are the best. That dress looks so good on you I am tempted to make it. I have the book but the version in there doesn’t appeal to me. Strange....
You have to read the children's book the wonky donkey. 😂😂😂I have enjoyed your Fun series! I have made several Joni dresses, I think it's my favorite pattern. How did you do your stripes so well? I love the placement. You must have used the skill you shared?
Don't they sell just regular pattern tracing paper where you live? Here (Netherlands) it's in all the haberdashery shops and it cost like a few euro's for a really big roll.
