Sir As per the instructions during the last ten minutes i had followed the same and felt a beautiful feel and the same time i had some issues too which will occur to me regularly. 1) whie concentrating on the breadth at the same time my concentration shifts near to stomach while inhaling and exhaling it happens because if did not do so my breath is restricted to lungs or chest area and i feel like my breath is not going below the chest area 2) and even though my breath slowly reduced to minute level and it just plays near the nose and i can enjoy some less thoughts feel here i come across two A) one is being concentrating on the breadth again i am trying to focus near the centre of my eyes area where sometimes i am getting a feel of some pressure and enjoying that feel of thoughtless ness and leaving some concentration on breadth and later on my mind releases a new thought that why i am not visualsing anything even after nearing thought less state and slowly coming back to normal And B) after all these my second problem is I can't sit on the floor without support due to some lower backpain so i prefer a chair, during the end of my feel again i am getting a small pain near chest area and below and the same pain exactly back side below shoulders and some back pain which I generally didn't get unless i take deeper breaths And if don't take deeper breaths i feel like i am not taking any breath 3) and as you said breadth into pains of the body or organs and emotions , i am unable to do so with regular natural breath , for that i had to take deeper breaths for purification of physical existence and in return it results in multiple thoughts instead of one and thus i am unble to visualise final results even though i had some feel of losing physical existence And initially i am worried about astrological feel and now a days i am realzing the originality Tq Plz respond in this regard
Sir how many days we should practice to know the feel that we lost our self from the physical body if it is taking much time why it happens so and if practice of observing breadth may not results in any yeilds and intensity of the brain to get the final results increases how should we get out of it?
