Hi Yashasvi! 1). Your school transcripts are submitted by your counselor and not by any school; the transcripts just need to have the school stamp on them. All of your transcripts will be submitted by your current school counselor (or any teacher who is helping you submit official documents if you don't have a school counselor). 2). It's impossible to answer that as different schools weight different aspects of your application differently. Generally, the hierarchy is Extracurriculars=Essays>LoR=GPA>SAT=ACT>TOEFL=IELTS. 3). Of course your college will look at your 11th grade results. A good SAT score can compensate for a bad GPA and vice versa but one doesn't hide the other completely. Hope that helps. Best of luck :)

No problem at all. The financial aid application and common application go around the same time. Usually (and not always), the financial aid application is due a month after the common application deadline. For example, if the common application is due Jan 1, the financial aid application would be due Jan 31. I would recommend submitting both of those at the same time though. More often than not, financial aid applications have errors that colleges contact you about and offer you time to fix. You can’t fix those errors if you submit your financial aid application on the very last day. 2 additional things to note: 1. Sometimes, both applications can be due on the same date. Look up your college’s specific deadlines to ensure you don’t miss anything. 2. In 99.9% of cases, fin aid needs to submitted before you get accepted. Colleges like Harvard and Princeton are exceptions (need-blind schools) that allow you to submit fin aid apps after you’ve been accepted. Hope that helps :)
Hi Yash! There is no way to get a 'general' CSS profile fee waiver for International students; only a few 'specific' colleges offer the waiver. You can easily look up those colleges online. Additionally, CSS isn't as expensive as CommonApp. Submitting your CSS profile to one school costs only $16 or INR 1200. Hope that helps :)

You don’t need to send scores right now. Most unis accept self-reported scores on the CommonApp. You would need to send your scores only when a college accepts you and asks for them.

I would recommend DET as it's simpler, cheaper, and requires significantly less preparation compared to toefl and ielts.

Each college has a specific css code you can find online by searching "x college css code". You need to select college one by one.
