GoldenLane Studio I haven't the faintest idea of how, but you (or you all if this channel is a group effort) manage to make SFN animations look amazing. Normally they look terrible. Like cheap CGI. But this looks amazing.
This is, without a doubt, the best portrayal of Springtrap I’ve ever seen in an sfm before. Everything about this animation is a masterpiece, from start to finish. The way Springtrap interacts with the environment he’s in really makes you feel like it’s William Afton, as he hates everything around him, and at the same time, it feels like it’s something entirely different. And the way his face twitches and glitches out makes you feel like he’s just lost any amount of his humanity, and he just got lobotomized to just one thing. _Murder._ And the way he interacts with YOU and the equipment is amazing to me, as you can see his rage and murderous intent. You can also see these things when he does something like scratch the walls and punch random objects around the place. In this animation, Springtrap isn’t an animatronic. Nor a human. He’s not even William anymore. _He’s just Springtrap._ They gave him his own sort of personality while remaining completely different than the person who’s possessing him. Just _imagine_ the horror this guard is going through, as he looks into the cameras and see’s this...thing. This isnt an animatronic, it moves too freely. This isn’t a human, it’s made of metal. No... _This is something _*_ENTIRELY_*_ different..._ You look around the map to see him in a hallway. *Staring at you.* Not staring at the camera... Staring into YOU. It’s almost like he’s trying to kill you with a single stare. The fact that, this...thing knows that you’re watching him, and that he’s coming for you as you watch him, truly paralyzes you. And then, in a flash, he’s gone. You panic, this is different than anything you’ve ever experienced in your entire life. You look outside your office to see if he had reached you yet, but what you find is utterly shocking. _You see it._ You see it’s shadow, heading your way, but as soon as you see it, you hear the beeping monitor, and decide to quickly reboot the systems before he gets there, so maybe you can have a fighting chance, since the audio devices are your only way of safety. Suddenly, as you look into the monitor, it’s interrupted by a green hand made of metal. It *grips* the monitor and slams in on the ground, causing it to shatter and break. Then, in a moment of shock, you see it. _You see your life flash before your eyes._ You panic and scream all you want, but who’s gonna save you? It picks you up, and as soon as you accept your fate and get ready for death, you see one last glimpse at what this this used to be. It wasn’t so different then, either. Either way, it’s *still a monster...*
The way Springtrap tries in vain to push the button like he was still human… In those few seconds you can see the mental/physical pain in which William is forever bound to.
Joe BoldanAgreed. It got that creepy feeling that very slowly builds the suspense up. Not some of that sudden jumpscare stuff.And in my opinion it could be a great candidate for a horror movie.
I love how he feels like an actual character. His hatred towards Freddy's gang for his death. His frustration at struggling to move in his new body. His animistic anger of jealousy towards what he used to be. He somehow feels alive.
This video forever helped me realize just how utterly lame Springtrap is in the actual game compared to how he could be. The movements, the intense stares, and the jumpscare animation. I still think his game jumpscare should have had him reveal his zombified head under the mask. Would’ve been so much creepier than him just _leaning_ towards us.
FNAF 3 is still unironically the most psychologically frightening one. The way he just simply grins as if he's finally found someone to torture is freaky.

I never considered before how Springtrap is animated as if moving causes intense physical pain. Look at how he walks and tries to push a button or drags his fingers on the wall. This is a creature only capable of two things; suffering and killing.
I'm in love, this is so perfect. Springtrap walks and behaves exactly like he should, an injured, limping, crippled mess, and that ending scene is chilling. This is _amazing._

People would have no fucking clue what was going on if they saw springtrap with a human skeleton inside of it, punching freddys head and killing the night guard. There was only Plushtrap, how come the child's nightmare didn't have Springtrap? Springbonnie was next to fredbear in the diner when the child got his head squashed. This was terrifyingly amazing, I love it... The fact that spring trap has that corpse inside him makes him almost fight against himself, the animatronic wants to do one thing whilst the guy wants to do another, it's a fight of mind and this shows perfectly how it works,
I wasn't thinking of the endoskeletons but more of the haunted suits, theoretically there is a ghost to haunt spring trap too, an animatronic without a ghost wouldn't have been dangerous therefore wouldn't have been locked up.
I guess, but then so would other animatronics, and they would lock others up. But they didn't, I think that one had a mind of its own, my opinion purely, I respect others
Even though the suit is on the lower quality side of things, Afton’s corpse on the inside is the real treat. 30 years locked behind a wall, rotting away, it adds to the creep level.
I came up with my own line for Springtrap, "All the pain I felt in this suit is unimaginable to anybody else, well, except for when I'm through with you."
Superb animation. I like the idea of Springtrap not having good control over his body; having a mummified corpse clogging up the works doesn't help precise movements. I'm actually reminded of Edgar (or more accurately the giant bug in Edgar's skin) from the first Men In Black movie.

Ooh…that different ending gave me the shivers! Typhoon Cinema's version was already pretty scary and suspenseful, but the new elements here add another layer of scary. Having Springtrap tear the computer from the guard's grip rather than waiting for him to look up and then having him open his mouth to reveal the rotting Purple Guy inside was nicely executed. Well done! ^_^
THIS. FNAF SFM videos need to be more like THIS. Genuinely terrifying, unsettling and creepy. I love the way he moves, not to mention the way he struggles to lift his arm to simply push the security door button, and with his growling and "breathing" adds to his already creepy appearance. And the quality. Oh my god, I forgot SFM videos could have such great quality that ALMOST makes this look like it was filmed in real life with some CG effects. Great work guys, can't wait to see more in the future!
+X TRON PLASMA FNAF is (as a game) really boring. only some .gif-animations with loud and annoying sounds... these style of games are really bad and unlovelessly created. the only thing thats great are the characters and the story.
Wow! This is the first time I've seen the director's cut! This is definitely my all time favorite FNAF animation. Very beautifully done and the attention to detail is amazing! How Purple Guy can hardly move since Springtrap isn't his natural body...the music...the smooth animation...it's all just amazing!
i LOVE the way Springtrap is animated in this, the way he sounds, its almost like the combination between a death rattle, gagging/choking AND growling all at the same time it really makes you thing how PAINFUL it must be for what what's left of William inside that suit, and yet all that does is make him angrier as he continues to suffer, unable to die, yet, unable to do anything about his situation. You can really see the humanity, the pure, unbridled rage as punches and throws the Freddy head, a reminder of all his suffering, a reminder of all who in his mind crossed him, a reminder of all his mistakes in life, all in the form of something he completely loath, something that's very existence taunts him, reminding him of the children he killed and how he ended up as he is now because of them, reminding him of something he can never have, freedom from his suit, the liberation from his eternal suffering, the sweet release of death, it really shows that underneath all that metal and rage, its still him. the way he moves really captures how much he's suffering, after all, he's not possessing the suit, he's possessing his own corpse stuck INSIDE the suit, the same suit that's impaling and crushing his mangled and twisted body every which way possible, that's why he moves the way he does, he fighting against his own suit, that's what everybody forgets, even tho he's stuck in the suit, in pain, the animatronic mode IS active, but the wiring in it is so damaged even the suit cant move right, its still trying to move on its own while William is trying to move, its like two people in one. the way GoldenLane Studio portrays Springtrap is AMAZING, he's not just some poor soul who made a few wrong choices and is now in eternal agony, no, he's a calculated, remorseless, child murderer! In pain, yes, but that only enhances the rage he feels and fuels his will and drive as he hunts and stalks the guard throughout the attraction, grinding his fingers against the hallway because he KNOWS it will terrify the guard because he once WAS one, he knows what its like to see the animatronics come to life at night, so he uses phycological warfare against the guard knowing exactly what to do to make the guard as terrified as possible, all for the sadistic pleasurer of knowing how much fear he's causing someone, it really show how cruel and sadistic William was in his life, hiding it all behind a smile and calm demeanor, now that he's no longer human, he can indulge in his impulsive desires to hurt and kill all he wants without risking getting caught. when Springtrap looks at the camera, you can really see how much anger it causes him knowing that someone is watching, that someone sees him, it reminds him of his time as a security guard, it reminds him of his past and all he's lost. when Springtrap grabs the guard, you can see all that sadism from before is gone, replaced by explosive rage, he's full on murder mode now, he's reached the guards office and now the fun is over, no more distractions, no more cat and mouse. Springtrap looks at the guard with pure rage sparked by sheer envy and jealousy, envy that someone else isn't experiencing his torment, and jealousy over the fact that the guard is something Springtrap can never be again...human, or at least jealousy over the fact that the guard can show their face in society and experience all the pleasures of being alive Springtrap can never experience ever again. when you break it down it really shows how self-absorbed this version William probably was, how sick and twisted he was on the inside, how he probably took joy and most likely to some extent pleasure in killing things, weather it be a human or an animal, he probably was a heartless man, devoid of any morals or positive emotion, he was probably a ruthless business man as well, treating employees like their nothing but expendable recourses, he probably beat his wife and kids while scaring them into submission, he probably was very petty and held grudges in life, he was probably an atheist as well. he more then likely would have faked normalcy in public, he probably would have appeared as a charming, well adjusted, likable guy at first glance, a simple man with 3 kid and a wife, managing a small business in Utah, no criminal record to speak of, a degree in business and engineering, an antiphoner, owning a robotics company in the U.K his own home country, nobody would suspect him of being a sociopathic monster, at least....nobody that ever got close enough to the attraction to see....
Bravo! You described Springtrap perfectly, in my opinion this is his best variation here; this is not some cartoonish villain that Scott portrays him with, but a maniac who has received his true appearance and the power that is fueled by his endless pain and anger. Let me add, he is a killer who, before turning into an animatronic, experienced true pleasure in killing, but now that he has become like this, he has no choice but to sow death and suffering to those around him, because he still has nothing to lose, he is no longer a man, now he is a monster, which nothing else has limits the torture and torment of people who fall into his clutches. Killing is now his only meaning in his miserable existence, because he is forever deprived of other human pleasures, he cannot eat, sleep, but only kill and that’s all. Endless pain only intensifies his insane craving for destruction, he will no longer stand in front of anything, he will kill women, men, old people and children, because you cannot stop him with a bullet, you cannot kill someone who is already dead. People would have no fucking clue what was going on if they saw springtrap with a human skeleton inside of it, punching freddys head and killing the night guard. This was terrifyingly amazing, I love it... The fact that spring trap has that corpse inside him makes him almost fight against himself, the animatronic wants to do one thing whilst the guy wants to do another, it's a fight of mind and this shows perfectly how it works,

I wasn't thinking of the endoskeletons but more of the haunted suits, theoretically there is a ghost to haunt spring trap too, an animatronic without a ghost wouldn't have been dangerous therefore wouldn't have been locked up.

Ooh…that different ending gave me the shivers! Typhoon Cinema's version was already pretty scary and suspenseful, but the new elements here add another layer of scary. Having Springtrap tear the computer from the guard's grip rather than waiting for him to look up and then having him open his mouth to reveal the rotting Purple Guy inside was nicely executed. Well done! ^_^

THIS. FNAF SFM videos need to be more like THIS. Genuinely terrifying, unsettling and creepy. I love the way he moves, not to mention the way he struggles to lift his arm to simply push the security door button, and with his growling and "breathing" adds to his already creepy appearance. And the quality. Oh my god, I forgot SFM videos could have such great quality that ALMOST makes this look like it was filmed in real life with some CG effects. Great work guys, can't wait to see more in the future!

Wow! This is the first time I've seen the director's cut! This is definitely my all time favorite FNAF animation. Very beautifully done and the attention to detail is amazing! How Purple Guy can hardly move since Springtrap isn't his natural body...the music...the smooth animation...it's all just amazing!
i LOVE the way Springtrap is animated in this, the way he sounds, its almost like the combination between a death rattle, gagging/choking AND growling all at the same time it really makes you thing how PAINFUL it must be for what what's left of William inside that suit, and yet all that does is make him angrier as he continues to suffer, unable to die, yet, unable to do anything about his situation. You can really see the humanity, the pure, unbridled rage as punches and throws the Freddy head, a reminder of all his suffering, a reminder of all who in his mind crossed him, a reminder of all his mistakes in life, all in the form of something he completely loath, something that's very existence taunts him, reminding him of the children he killed and how he ended up as he is now because of them, reminding him of something he can never have, freedom from his suit, the liberation from his eternal suffering, the sweet release of death, it really shows that underneath all that metal and rage, its still him.
the way he moves really captures how much he's suffering, after all, he's not possessing the suit, he's possessing his own corpse stuck INSIDE the suit, the same suit that's impaling and crushing his mangled and twisted body every which way possible, that's why he moves the way he does, he fighting against his own suit, that's what everybody forgets, even tho he's stuck in the suit, in pain, the animatronic mode IS active, but the wiring in it is so damaged even the suit cant move right, its still trying to move on its own while William is trying to move, its like two people in one.
the way GoldenLane Studio portrays Springtrap is AMAZING, he's not just some poor soul who made a few wrong choices and is now in eternal agony, no, he's a calculated, remorseless, child murderer! In pain, yes, but that only enhances the rage he feels and fuels his will and drive as he hunts and stalks the guard throughout the attraction, grinding his fingers against the hallway because he KNOWS it will terrify the guard because he once WAS one, he knows what its like to see the animatronics come to life at night, so he uses phycological warfare against the guard knowing exactly what to do to make the guard as terrified as possible, all for the sadistic pleasurer of knowing how much fear he's causing someone, it really show how cruel and sadistic William was in his life, hiding it all behind a smile and calm demeanor, now that he's no longer human, he can indulge in his impulsive desires to hurt and kill all he wants without risking getting caught.
when Springtrap looks at the camera, you can really see how much anger it causes him knowing that someone is watching, that someone sees him, it reminds him of his time as a security guard, it reminds him of his past and all he's lost. when Springtrap grabs the guard, you can see all that sadism from before is gone, replaced by explosive rage, he's full on murder mode now, he's reached the guards office and now the fun is over, no more distractions, no more cat and mouse. Springtrap looks at the guard with pure rage sparked by sheer envy and jealousy, envy that someone else isn't experiencing his torment, and jealousy over the fact that the guard is something Springtrap can never be again...human, or at least jealousy over the fact that the guard can show their face in society and experience all the pleasures of being alive Springtrap can never experience ever again.
when you break it down it really shows how self-absorbed this version William probably was, how sick and twisted he was on the inside, how he probably took joy and most likely to some extent pleasure in killing things, weather it be a human or an animal, he probably was a heartless man, devoid of any morals or positive emotion, he was probably a ruthless business man as well, treating employees like their nothing but expendable recourses, he probably beat his wife and kids while scaring them into submission, he probably was very petty and held grudges in life, he was probably an atheist as well.
he more then likely would have faked normalcy in public, he probably would have appeared as a charming, well adjusted, likable guy at first glance, a simple man with 3 kid and a wife, managing a small business in Utah, no criminal record to speak of, a degree in business and engineering, an antiphoner, owning a robotics company in the U.K his own home country, nobody would suspect him of being a sociopathic monster, at least....nobody that ever got close enough to the attraction to see....
Bravo! You described Springtrap perfectly, in my opinion this is his best variation here; this is not some cartoonish villain that Scott portrays him with, but a maniac who has received his true appearance and the power that is fueled by his endless pain and anger.
Let me add, he is a killer who, before turning into an animatronic, experienced true pleasure in killing, but now that he has become like this, he has no choice but to sow death and suffering to those around him, because he still has nothing to lose, he is no longer a man, now he is a monster, which nothing else has limits the torture and torment of people who fall into his clutches. Killing is now his only meaning in his miserable existence, because he is forever deprived of other human pleasures, he cannot eat, sleep, but only kill and that’s all. Endless pain only intensifies his insane craving for destruction, he will no longer stand in front of anything, he will kill women, men, old people and children, because you cannot stop him with a bullet, you cannot kill someone who is already dead.
