Thank you so much! I have been searching the internet high and low for this
FYI. It is not necessary to remove all the parts after 1:30 if you want to simply remove the hair from the turbine shaft You can remove the fastener holding the shaft in place as shown at 4:10 and pull it out as shown. Thanks
Thanks Sony,
but the title does say "Dyson Turbine Head Not Working Fixed" as it quite clearly was not working. Naturally one would not repair the unit then place the Brush head full of hair back inside. Other viewers have benefited from the video hence the views and comments, and you also can use the TH-cam platform to illustrate whatever you would like to present.
Kindest regards.
Thank you so much - my head was slightly different but did the trick - feeling very happy - Thank you
Thanks Andre,
Happy to help, and glad you have manage to resolve 😀.
Great Vid, thanks. Any chance you have the specs on the very tiny spring that popped out and disappeared (@ 3:20-3:45)? Lost mine and if I had length and diameter and coil count I could find a replacement.
Hi Snowman,
yes that tiny Spring can be elusive if it pops out into infinity. Sorry I have no idea of the size though it was very rigid. Maybe you can purchase an assortment box from eBay.
Regards 😎.
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 Thanks for your response. Hopefully someone else tackling a repair can measure diameter and length and count coils of the spring and post the information.
Hello, a question how can I buy that part (the small part) I don't know how to look for it, thank you 😊
Hi Gabriela,
I have also not been able to locate the part hence why I repaired it. There are various Schematics diagrams but no Brushbar Motor part available.
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 thank you for your help and answering I really appreciate it. You have a great day .
At 7:34, the teeth on the small cog of mine have all worn off...
Hi Grant,
probably cheaper to replace the Head as i cannot see individual parts for these anywhere.
@@grantmcwilliam good Idea as if newer then it may be more sufficient 😀.
Wanted to send a thank you! The bearing that you show at 8:06 was the exact problem that I had and all it took was a little WD-40 and machine oil and its working again.
Thanks Craig,
happy to help and glad you managed to resolve 😎.
