I like that the talk is around the Ramy show/team, but Ramy Yourself does not have to be there for it to happen

I feel not many ppl know that u can put a condition for the man not having more wives when signing the marriage contract (in Islam)

I agree, marriage contracts are so important and many cultures hide the importance of it so wives don't get what they deserve and what they are owed in a relationship

If I'm not mistaken it's only valid if she put a condition where she is automatically divorced if he get 2nd wife. Otherwise it just a useless condition with hope to control her husband.

As a Muslim woman myself, that is incorrect Hayam. By Islamic law, Muslim men can have up to four wives with very detailed conditions, which makes it impermissible/unlawful to insert any such clause that would ban him from taking another/other wife/wives.
However, a Muslim woman can add a condition that gives her the unconditional right to divorce from her husband, should he chose to take another/other wife/wives without mutual consent between them.
Not unlike most things concerning Islamic ideology, rules, and law, there’s much more details concerning such. Just providing general guidance.
As always, Allah in his infinite wisdom knows best.

@@Khadijah_time Islamic brothels employ marriage/ divorce witnesses and agreements. Your ideology is extremely hypocritical. Taqiyya on full display.

@@pointfire94 There is no such thing as “Islamic brothels” People do as they wish, all sorts of things. But there’s absolutely NOTHING mentioned in any authentic texts (Quran or otherwise) concerning “brothels”.
You know nothing about me, nor I you. As such, nothing is personal here. My reply was to Hayam and has nothing to do with what you say and or think about Islam. Have a great one. Peace & love to you and your loved ones. 😊

What is the correlation between this lifestyle choice and fatherless homes?

    • @Jam-ku5tf

How do you know they were completely fatherless? That's an assumption, maybe many men maintain two different households who knows? Having a mistress in European and many other societies was not unfathomable. The point she's making is as the science points out, men are more likely to have many more partners than females. In Islam you cannot have a mistress basically a sidechick who has no legal status it argues for a legal marriage for the protection of females.

In Islam you have to know who the father is, if a woman has multiple husbands that could break that rule.

Answer !!Why man can get four wives , and woman can't get four husbands. Sample answer is that if a woman with four husbands get pregnant, so who knows whose baby is that belong or if four the husbands wants children of their own the woman can't get pregnant with four at one time. But with one man can get as much possible get women pregnant and still knows whose baby is that kid.

I understand your point but in this day and age paternity DNA tests have become more accessible, even amongst low-income households, so I guess that would be a solution to one of the reasons you listed.
