That time it is again (he’s finaly ready for this): if the interaction to confirm a baby, the baby gets born a few days later, you have to make the baby shut up by playing with it, eventually (a few days later) the mii is a adult, then you get the option to send it off to other islands via streepass (banishment in poof’s case) or make it live with the rest, then you get the album of said child while the credits roll and the rest continues as normal afterwards
