Everytime I hear some british self-effacing comment about, what bad complainers we are, it makes me think why feel like complaining which is associated with annoyance or suffering? Times for complaining do arise, from time to time, but perhaps it would be better the rest of the time to simply consider offering grateful and respectful feedback suggestions? Chefs are craftsmen and artistically always striving to refine their methods, techniques, knowledge and style. A big part of that is receiving helpful feedback as a spawning ground for further muse. So perhaps we need self-priming to think more about offering balanced feedback, and less the mind to complain? 🙂
