For swimming I use earplugs that are a bit like bubble gum and you mould them to the shape of your ear canal. I only use a plug in one dodgy ear. The first time, I managed to stick the earplug to my hair, but now that I’m more careful putting it in, they’re good.
Thank you for the SHEIN clothes haul You and I are similar body shapes so I always appreciate your clothing haul I personally wouldn’t keep any of the items except the heart t shirt Well done on 6lbs loss I’m not ready this year to start trying I need warmer better weather and more daylight hours before I consider thinking more healthily I’m in bear hibernation mode though work stops me from fully embracing that concept 😊
I've just had a shein haul today and I'm pleased with everything. I wonder if the grey dispenser would do for your disposable towel packs. Worth a try .
I have tried several freezer tapes/ paper for the exact same reason as you. Tried several brands...they come off the pkg or writing fades. Now I use masking tape...making sure to wrap tape around the package ONTO itself. Sticks great. Stays great. Cheap

Hi Carla , you are suppose to pull your ear up from the top when putting in ear plugs that way they fit right in your ear holes , I only have small ear holes but doing that I can get them in properly 😉👍🤣

I liked all those on you apart from the first top. Good on you for losing half a stone, wish I would! Shein clothes are no great quality, but no point in spending up large when you're trying to go down in weight again. Love your videos. Love from down under New Zealand 😊❤
Hi Carla - I have just received my Shien & Temui haul together this morning I said that they must have been shipped on the same boat & like yourself it is a lottery as to what is in your package also the sizing is a guessing game but being a regular customer of them both I am aware when ordering that some items are not what they seem but I find it exciting ( you can see what a great social life I have) love your try ons the black top looks really well I also think that the black Tshirt also looks & fits good - have you any holidays planned - if socan I request a holiday try-on/pack with me(please)
