So for those who don’t know, “Scream” is one of the 4 symbiotes that was made from venom to beat Carnage. So the cameo of Scream being in this game is just another testament to why this game is game or the year

Honestly, this game was amazing from beginning to end. I only wished they did more with sandman, after gathering all the crystals he becomes sane and normal and i guess reformed? It would’ve been so dope if sandman helped out peter and miles during the symbiote invasion. Like can you imagine how freaking cool that would’ve been? Sandman can create sand minions and venom can create symbiote minions, sand vs goo, and both can cover the entire city with their powers. A clash of powers like that would have been a sight to behold but alas, it was still a wild ride.
The really annoying thing about Miles' suit is that it COULD be good. The blue lines of electricity(?) are pretty sick and unique and the color scheme is also pretty nice. The problems are the dumb mask, the unfitting shoes, and how the suit is more of a hoodie + tights than an actual bodysuit. Make him have a normal mask, normal shoe coverings like the standard suits (or at least some Jordans like in Spider-Verse), and ditch the hoodie concept for an actual bodysuit and it would be fire imo
agree with you on the shoes, jordans would've been better, but im undecided on the mask tbh. also i think an actual hoodie over the body suit would've been fire. always found it weird seeing superheroes only wearing a bodysuit. love seeing them getting beat tf up and losing outer layers until its just the bodysuit, like the gotham knights intro fight between bats and ra's. would be cool if they kept the suit mostly black and had the webbing part change colors and pulsate based on which color lightning he uses and where he uses it, then have it fade over time. would've given him a similar transformative aspect to his suit that peter and venom do, but with colors instead of...sliminess ig. maybe even let you choose the lightning colors once you finish the game? could be interestinggggg
Another series Afro has finished 🎉. Shorter than I’d hoped it was but imo it fulfilled most of if not all of our wishes for the game. A massive improvement over the previous games in terms of gameplay with a decent story to enjoy. Can’t wait for the DLCs.
Imo, he did it just right. We don’t have to waste tons of hours watching the vids and it gives us a reason to play the game sooner than what we would’ve wanted. I’m thinking I would play all 3 either next year or in 2025.
I love how every character had two sides to explore with them. Miles and his nemesis. Peter and… everyone vs lol. Harry and venom. MJ and her emotions coming out with the symbiote. Wow.

Anti-Venom gives whoever is wearing it super healing like Wolverine it also allows you to heal people and it can damage other symbiote by touching them it also supposed to remove Peter Parker's powers when it touch him but it's not for some reason in this game

So the last boss fight where Peter says "Not like this" to Venom... I like to think the reaction Venom had was genuinely it was confused. It thought it was doing everything right. This is one game i would buy a DLC from. Because a DLC makes sense with all the developing stories to set up the next miles game. Hopefully we get spider silk in the DLC, i wish i was more knowledgeable about the spider-man world because the 2 friends i have were hyped on the reveal while i just thought it was another NPC 😭.
It pained me how little afro parried throughout his playthrough, i was like him at first, but then i realized how good of a habit parrying is. Especially on the boss fights, its so much easier when you parry.
Ik the devs directly say Martin Li gave miles these powers it just makes more sense he got them from the last game and they manifested thru the stress he had when Martin li was captured.
Li already knew Miles is one of the Spider-Men so him having the mask on or not didn't matter lol guess he wanted to him to see "This is the face of the kid whose dad you killed"
That’s actually more or less how anti venom is originally created too. Tho I didn’t know that before this game came out but I did know about anti venom as a character. Martin Li activates his power on Eddie Brock and then anti venom comes from that. He’s also not weak to sound or fire like other symbiote and can cure virtually anything, including “curing” super powers. He almost took Spider-Man’s powers away.
I’m so glad he flipped out over the same things I did. So many comic stories for Insomniac to put in Spider- Man 3, man it’s gonna be game of the year when it comes out with the way they don’t miss.

For the next game, I think it will be a Miles focused game similar to the first Miles solo game. This game will focus on the sibling relationship between Miles and Cindy as their parents' relationship grows stronger (Afro, if you're reading this, yes, Rio is dating Albert and that's the whole reason that Cindy and Albert are introduced by having dinner at the Morales. Please don't make stepsibling jokes in the comments). Maybe Cindy has difficulty accepting Rio's role in her life because she still is greving her own mother, which Miles can relate to due to his acceptance of his father's death. The villain could someone related to Cindy's old life, which could relate to Miles's relationship with Phin. During the game, Miles could reveal his identity to Cindy, which could lead to an argument about what to do with the villain. Eventually, Cindy could reveal how much that person helped her when her mother passed, which Miles could relate to due to how much Peter was there when Jefferson died. Maybe this person could even be similar to Peter but lost their way somehow, empathizing the importance of Miles's realtionship with Peter. At the end of the game, Cindy could get powers of her own and Miles could offer to teach her. Cindy agrees but does not want to be a hero for the sake of her family. Eventually, we could even get our own Silk game where Cindy would have to take up the responsiblity when Miles is injured and Peter is away somewhere. She would learn the importance of being a spiderperson and would become Silk officially. Finally, we get to the final game, Spiderman 3, where you would be able to play as Peter, Miles, and Cindy. I don't know the plot of this game without anymore information. However, my prediction is that not only would Norman become the Green Goblin but he would assemble a new Sinister Six with Doctor Octopus. Anyway, that's my prediction, sorry for being so long

Miles did absorb a nuke in 1.5. The nuke also had blue energy coming off out of it. Mile's new powers/color scheme could just be the after affects of aborbing different types of energy.
Dude, the part where dr.connors starts to tell peter that he has to kill the host, was so, powerful. That scene hit so hard! The visuals representing both dr.connors and norman felt heavy, you had dr.connors who had a blue light behind him, feeling like his take on the situation was the "good" choice. Then the red light behind norman osborne, feeling like his was the "evil" choice. With peter in the middle of both them showed that, Peter had a choice to make, and with his swinging towards norman osborne side, made it seem like he picked the "evil" choice. It just made it feel very infamous-like, where every decision and that cole/delsin chose, truly had an affect on the outcome! Just a chefs kiss of the scene!
My prediction for spider-man 3 (which is pretty readable) is Norman gives Harry the serum but because of the low chances he takes it too because if Harry dies, Norman goes with him. But Harry doesn't survive but Norman does and all he has left is grief and pain directed at Spider-man because "it's his fault Harry was too weak for the serum"
I didn't know anything about comic characters like that, but this Cindy character seemed pretty cool. Once I watched his playthrough, I was praying Afro knew who she was and was going to pop

They're not gonna do Superior Spider-Man. The reason no symbiote suits were in SM1 is cause that was something that needed it's own story. I'm paraphrasing for something Bryan Intihar said. By the same logic, the fact that the Superior suit is in this game means they have no plans to adapt that storyline
has to be one of the best game ive ever seen from graphics, plots the best part abt this game is the story just goes on top. its like the story is better than any movies from these age. 10/10 from me to sony for this game, absoulutely enjoyed this game even without playing.
There's zero chance. BG3 and TotK are just more ambitious and grandiose than this game. And they were also received far better from critics and players alike.

It pained me how little afro parried throughout his playthrough, i was like him at first, but then i realized how good of a habit parrying is. Especially on the boss fights, its so much easier when you parry.

Li already knew Miles is one of the Spider-Men so him having the mask on or not didn't matter lol guess he wanted to him to see "This is the face of the kid whose dad you killed"
Martin already knew who Miles was from their previous encounter against each other, him having a mask on in that moment didn't mean anything.
Bro, Mr Negative learned Miles’ identity earlier in the game when he went in his head. He’s also known Peter was Spider-Man from the first game.

That’s actually more or less how anti venom is originally created too. Tho I didn’t know that before this game came out but I did know about anti venom as a character. Martin Li activates his power on Eddie Brock and then anti venom comes from that. He’s also not weak to sound or fire like other symbiote and can cure virtually anything, including “curing” super powers. He almost took Spider-Man’s powers away.

For the next game, I think it will be a Miles focused game similar to the first Miles solo game. This game will focus on the sibling relationship between Miles and Cindy as their parents' relationship grows stronger (Afro, if you're reading this, yes, Rio is dating Albert and that's the whole reason that Cindy and Albert are introduced by having dinner at the Morales. Please don't make stepsibling jokes in the comments). Maybe Cindy has difficulty accepting Rio's role in her life because she still is greving her own mother, which Miles can relate to due to his acceptance of his father's death. The villain could someone related to Cindy's old life, which could relate to Miles's relationship with Phin. During the game, Miles could reveal his identity to Cindy, which could lead to an argument about what to do with the villain. Eventually, Cindy could reveal how much that person helped her when her mother passed, which Miles could relate to due to how much Peter was there when Jefferson died. Maybe this person could even be similar to Peter but lost their way somehow, empathizing the importance of Miles's realtionship with Peter. At the end of the game, Cindy could get powers of her own and Miles could offer to teach her. Cindy agrees but does not want to be a hero for the sake of her family. Eventually, we could even get our own Silk game where Cindy would have to take up the responsiblity when Miles is injured and Peter is away somewhere. She would learn the importance of being a spiderperson and would become Silk officially. Finally, we get to the final game, Spiderman 3, where you would be able to play as Peter, Miles, and Cindy. I don't know the plot of this game without anymore information. However, my prediction is that not only would Norman become the Green Goblin but he would assemble a new Sinister Six with Doctor Octopus.

Dude, the part where dr.connors starts to tell peter that he has to kill the host, was so, powerful. That scene hit so hard! The visuals representing both dr.connors and norman felt heavy, you had dr.connors who had a blue light behind him, feeling like his take on the situation was the "good" choice. Then the red light behind norman osborne, feeling like his was the "evil" choice. With peter in the middle of both them showed that, Peter had a choice to make, and with his swinging towards norman osborne side, made it seem like he picked the "evil" choice. It just made it feel very infamous-like, where every decision and that cole/delsin chose, truly had an affect on the outcome! Just a chefs kiss of the scene!
This was more than a play through it was a god damn experience GAME OF THE YEAR🔥

My prediction for spider-man 3 (which is pretty readable) is Norman gives Harry the serum but because of the low chances he takes it too because if Harry dies, Norman goes with him. But Harry doesn't survive but Norman does and all he has left is grief and pain directed at Spider-man because "it's his fault Harry was too weak for the serum"
I didn't know anything about comic characters like that, but this Cindy character seemed pretty cool. Once I watched his playthrough, I was praying Afro knew who she was and was going to pop

They're not gonna do Superior Spider-Man. The reason no symbiote suits were in SM1 is cause that was something that needed it's own story. I'm paraphrasing for something Bryan Intihar said. By the same logic, the fact that the Superior suit is in this game means they have no plans to adapt that storyline
