the pickle soda is giving shrub (vinegar based cocktail) surprisingly good and make great alcohol free cocktails too!! like strawberry basil balsamic shrub.... rly good !!!!! or like mint and lemon or lime with apple cider vinegar- mixed w sparkling water. try it !!!!
Chimichurri with that leftover parsley for sure- blend it with oregano, some red pepper flakes, garlic, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Freezes well and put it on toast and bean bowls and tacos and potatoes and and and

If you saved that plastic drink cup. You should make an iced matcha latte with raspberry jam in the bottom of the drink. So can also get a bit of jam and whisk with some of the matcha water. I don’t remember if it will create a layered look or not. It will be nice and sweet with the jam though.

I so appreciate your doing all that experimentation because now I don't have to. I'm going to make some lasagna soup soon for sure - maybe I'll use regular soup style noodles (cavitappi, ditalini, elbow, or fusilli corti bucati) though instead of going through the trouble of busting up my lasagna noodles. That tofu ricotta looked like something that would be great on top of some oven roasted veggies. Ahhhh, my stomach is growling!

I ended up trying it out and it shot my brain into outer space lol. It actually reduced my grocery bill by half and also works so well for my adhd brain. i don't remember which creator i learned this from but the color difference in pistachios depends on where they're harvested from and also whether or not they were roasted and peeled or not. so if you want the brighter green pistachio butter you're gonna wanna look into that. and if you want to make your own, make sure to buy them peeled but also they have different oil contents so you might have to add some yourself.
