    The demarcation at Egbu is not a problem, it should make government realise the necessity to further expand that portion of the road.

    This is a very educative video. I have been itching to know how far and how much the Owerri-Umuahia road construction/rehabilitation by Craneburg is going, but was a bit disappointed.
    1) The demarcation bars from Owerri to Emekuku should not be there. This is because the area mentioned is a high-density and a business and residential area. The demarcation should look like what is shown in Mbaise (Ahiara area) for easy access to crossing from one side to the other.
    2) There should be Speed-limit signs that need to be observed by all traffic.
    3) The drainage system is shabbily constructed. Craneburg Construction Company is a German firm and should have known better in terms of road and drainage building. They would not build such system in their home country.
    4) I am not sure how equipped the company is, most jobs in a highly populated zone or area are always done at night, under floodlight, when there is less traffic.
    5) I did not see many construction vehicles on your presentation, probably the company has withdrawn them.
    6) The Okatankwo bridge created a challenge for the Construction Company at the initial stage, and until now, it is yet to be completed.
    7) Are we, the Imolites sure that there was a "Designed Road Plan" given to them by the Imo State Ministry of Works as to what to build, because the road is supposed to have been widened and marked.
    Overall, I give them a fair mark because they cannot build this kind of road in their home country.
    This is Dr. Darlington Egbu, from Washington, DC. USA.

      Thank you So Much Dr. i really appreciate your comment, especially the points you made. On that day, i didn’t see the construction company much on the road, maybe they are on break for one reason or the other.
      God Bless you so much Sir. I appreciate your comment

    Road demarcation is quite necesary in any developmental planning of road constructions and expansions, however, the Owerri-Umuahia road needs dual carriageway or four lane duals to project future population increase and this was formally in focus during Late SamMbakwe Regime as the Governor of Imo State.

    • @Vsharpproperties
      @Vsharpproperties  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You are very right sir, my own opinion is that the road should be expanded to fit in the road demarcation

    Thank you for making this video learned a lot about our towns. The road are not maintain, no good drainage. I command there is no pot hole ❤ but the roads are too narrow and people should stop building including shops close to HWY. They need to expand the roads for better safety for both motors and pedestrians.

    Great work however i have 2 observations ;-
    Roads should be made a little slant such that rain and the little flood empties to the off side as soon as possible
    There should be a model to buildings along the road especially in area used as market the 60 meters policy should be enforced by the preciding local go vernment authorities

    • @Vsharpproperties
      @Vsharpproperties  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Very good observation Sir, i mean this suggestion is just amazing, I never thought of it. However, the challenge in achieving that is too high because people will criticize the Government.
