Bitcoin is cheap right now. ETFs buying up Bitcoin, the halving is in a couple of months - when the daily supply is cut in half. It is the best and soundest investment out there.

Hopefully a correction to stack - or in my case, to buy back - some more Sats but this ETF certainly throws that into doubt. A bit of a p***er for me because I layered out 12.3BTC of my stash starting at 2x cost base. That's looking like a bad move atm

Bitcoin cannot suck up the value of real estate because you need real estate to live in. It will only suck up the speculative portion of real estate value but I don't think that is 100 trillion.
You're right but 'speculative' isn't really the right word. A better term is 'monetary premium'. In other words, people buy and hold real estate for two reasons. The first is to live in and the second is to store their wealth in a scarce desirable hard asset. The question is, what percentage of the global value of real estate ($300 trillion) is the monetary premium and how much of that will move into Bitcoin. That's for the reader to decide.
