These videos are a great secondary tool to our merged contracts course now. I find yours much more easier to understand then busy slides where colours go all over the place. Thank you.
I'm very glad to help, Kat! I think it was a real mistake for CQU to move to a merged course though. There's so much material to cover in one term. But hey, maybe it works :)
Honestly your teaching style and choice of wording make your explanation extremely clear and memorable. I am studying UK law at the moment and it was useful watching these videos. My lecturer is awful at teaching a subject so saturated with rules and nuances. Keep it up!
Hello Anthony do you have more info on discharge by performance, agreement, breech and frustration thank you. I am a first year law student struggling and you make it a lot clearer and easier.
Hi Tammey, glad you find the videos useful! Have a look at the rest of the Contracts B videos - they cover all the topics you have mentioned. Cheers Anthony
thank you come and sit my exam in Nov I am a blind student who is struggling but will do it, this is contract law 2 for me at ECU. Thank you for your time.
Great explanation skills Anthony, What if you receive a release stating all legal interests are removed and all parties are released from their legal obligations of the contract, and then then they say this release was a mistake?
Well, it seems to me if there was a mistake there, it would be a mistake of law, not a mistake of fact. If everyone signed the release, I suspect it would be enforceable ...
Omg you have saved me. My lecturer tried to explain this and I was so lost. Thank you! you helped me soooo much!!

You need to use Mandy's tips on TH-cam
Oh stepdaughter of mine, I am just glad to see you watching something educational on TH-cam instead of videos about other girls playing Minecraft lol
@@AnthsLawSchool Hey, I met my lovely wife playing Minecraft. Don't knock it until you mine it.
