It doesn't, flipping makes the heat uneven, the more hot the more energy something has. Also, if moving it breaks it or separates the cheese, it also reduces energy, something broken has less energy because the molecular bond was already broken.

It's funny how presistent this confusion is. The cheese is ok, even good if the cow was gras fed. The Bread is horrible. Doesn't matter if wheat or rye, and whole grain is actually worst. Corn is also bad, but for different reasons. Only oats and rice in moderate servings are ok.

@@patrickkeller2193 lmao not correct at all, oats can be difficult to digest and rice can feed bad bacteria in the gut. whole grain bread is fine in moderation, but sprouted grain bread is better for you. Seeds like millet, which is gluten free, are also beneficial. Cheese is best kept to a minimum along with other dairy products as it is inflammatory for the body, whether it comes from a grass fed cow or not.
