+Felipe Venturim I think it may regard to airspace. In America the airspace above major airports has a limit of 200 knots and the surrounding area has 250 knots limit.

I've watched dozens of takeoff videos over the years and this is the first one where they added throttle during climbout. Impressive!
love it when the pilots throttle up at 10:20, very rare for that to happen
