      I am a judoka but I also competing at wresting tournaments.Can you make a video for strength training for judo....I know it's similar with wrestling but can you do somethings???

      Where can I get a 2 inch pulling rope? Rogue fitness only has a 1.5 inches.

    Most gyms in my area have closed the sled training due to Covid.Could these be done at home on the grass.

    Sled is a good tool to improve power

    low sled push is more hard as compare to normal push you need more power

    Greetings. I have a question: you mentioned that with the rope sled pull it should be "4-5 sets with 20-30 meters of pulling". I am confused: did you mean 20-30 meters per set? or is it 20-30 meters for the whole session?
