Hi, guys! Today I'm back with Braised Whole Pork! (Soy-braised Pork) I made it with 1.8kg of Samgyeopsal (pork belly)🤭 You know green onion kimchi is a must when eating this kind of food, right? Side dishes are well-fermented green onion kimchi, warm white rice, and spicy fire noodles! I cooked the pork for a long time, so it was really easy to cut! 🤦🏻‍♀️ It just melted away like a cotton candy the minute I ate it! I made a sauce using the meat broth and poured it over the meat! It was cooked for such a long time, so it's as perfectly seasoned with the sauce! It goes great with cold green onion kimchi, but it was just perfect with Fire Noodles! The combo of the marinated eggs and crunchy Pak Choi was great too! I think braised whole pork has its own charm! If you love boiled pork, I highly recommend making Soy-braised Pork!
