- Learn from the best, Ana from Ciocca Honda & Sherah from Ciocca Ford. They dig in and share with you what a BDC, Business Development Center, is all about in today's modern dealerships. Both Ciocca Ford and Honda take great pride in customer service and making everything from the first click onto the website to the call from the dealership on that specific vehicle as easy and enjoyable as possible!
My girl I'm glad you got there. Business Development is hustle. No saturation.
Our bdc girls, all they do is answer the phones that the service advisors ignore
My first question would be do you get a base hourly pay,
along with commissions based on setup's and products sold?
Because I am a one income household,
A commission only job would not be an option.
Nor would a unlivable low pay job,
with the hopes to balance out on commissions.
So it would be great if you could start with that.
I was contacted based from my Resume about
a BDC position and was trying to gain some knowledge
on what BDC encompassed.
I have the same question
@@bellebanana7568depends on the company, you usually get salary or hourly with bonus and commish on top of that. if you’re a killer you can make good money at 40 hours a week
@@bellebanana7568I get Payed hourly plus a set amount per sold appointment
so is a bdc a sales person
I want to see more videos to see if I can learn, and share with my team. 😀✌️
How much do you get paid just wondering? I'm also a BDC Rep, but I think I am getting underpaid. Please let me know
If you don't mind sharing, how much do you get paid? As a see it, it's a customer service job like any other so it's never gonna pay much. Some places do have commission of the sorts, but you're not making real money unless you're a manager. Just like any retail job.
Payment plan should be discussed before taking the position. They vary. Try to get paid off of appointments made, show, and sold. Also ask for a basic salary or you can get robbed of your efforts.
Im a BDC manager at the big dealer in Miami and it varies from time to time. We had only commission plus bonuses. Then we had salary of plus commission based on tiers and bonuses. We also had salary, commission, no tiers and bonuses. So its hard to tell.
I used to work in a bdc. Low hourly pay for reps and if you want to make commission you have to get confirmed appointments into the dealership. I think it was 20 dollars for every appointment that comes in. If you hit goals you can get a bigger bonus. It's not a small number though.
@@Eckoman18freakin 20$ for per appointment that too an year before? I'm getting paid even less then 1$ for doing the same work currently as I work with people who have outsourced the bdc project in our third world country. !!
