Awesome job describing the alignment of the bulkhead and door gaps. I'll have to rewatch this video when I get to that stage of my project!

Interesting to see the LHD handbrake setup.
Also, I thought the bulkhead bolts went front to back, not back to front.

Hi Mike, I'm here from your mining page, after you linked this channel in response to my question about what you do for a living that allows you the time to seek out lost mines. Now, I'm even more intrigued. This is so cool! How did you start this business. Were you originally a mechanic or engineer of some sort? Thanks for your response!

Wonderful vids, craftsmanship superb. Curious as to where one could get cappings and winshield galvanized? It's a 74 Series 3, showing age.

109s always look great on One Ton rims, especially in limestone.

Great build, you need to add series '1 ton' style wheels though, these really beef up the look of a 109" , not sure if the US/Canada got the 1 ton 109? Wheels are part DA2694, available from various manufacturers.
Keep up the great work, watching from the UK. 👍

I kind of like the skinny look though. The DA2694 are 8" which is too wide for the 7.50 16s. the original one ton wheels were 6.5" but are hard to find

@@mikesandone2652 I can see your reasoning, didn't realise they were 8" , actually thought they were the same as the original 1 ton. 👍
