This is only my doubt because personally i am also using pioneer home theater htp-072 it is also valued for money but the problem is the speaker's while it is playing in high volumes it gets disturbance lightly..........did ur speakers sounded like that in high volume???????. I got this and unfortunately it started making a weird noise, like interferences. I took it back and got a new one, and the same weird noise. Not always, it depends. Most times it does it, other times it does not. I can't recommend this system at all. Such an unfortunate experience for my first home cinema! 😞
Silly Question, I have considered upgrading my tv to a 4k for PS5 upgrade. Obviously this sound system will be able to handle the PS5 and the new Xbox Series X?
Hi and thanks for watching. Since both are almost the same, choose the one which has local support where you live. It's less headache when things go south. Also, the Pioneer made it's source selector using a knob similar to the volume control. Onkyo still uses buttons to select the source. I do prefer the Onkyo way compared to the knob. Hope this helps.

Hi, absolutely, 8 inch sub would be great. Dolby Atmos works great, only area I feel lacking is the lower or deeper bass. 8 or 10 inch sub would be able to provide that. Thankfully, you can add your own powered subwoofer if you like.

Pranav P Praveen Hi, home theater is better if you have the space to accomodate speaker placement and would give a proper 5.1. If space is limited, then soundbar is one option. Regarding your MI TV, can you install Netflix app on it? You can output 5.1 using HDMI Arc going to your receiver.
It was already set to +6 dB. Setting it up higher results in distortion. There is only too much that the 6 inch sub can handle. If it were 8 or 10 inch sub, then it will be different story.
Try open the subwoofer n find car soundproof stick to all side woofer u will feel the deep bass until u will decrease the dB to +1, I have do this stick to my subwoofer got deep bass better than b4

Hemanth Vlogs Hi and thanks for watching. For high bass, Yamaha wins. 8 inch powered subwoofer is way better than the passive 6.25 inch the Pioneer has. Other speakers are of same specs. But Pioneer has Dolby Atmos. It all boils down to deep bass vs Atmos. Sony 9200 is not a proper AVR in my opinion, no offence.
@@saanssk Bro AV receiver plays important role if u are planning to upgrade speakers & woofer. So if u buy highest power u can upgrade from low power speakers to high but if u have less powered AVR then it not gonna help. I suggest JBL 5.1 or 9.1 as I checked them they were better compared to other AVR's in that budget. If u are planning in AVR models means go with 7.2 receivers which comes with more power.

Thanks for the fantastic review bro, I have purchased HTP-076 as well but unfortunately only DTS bitstream is working fine for me and whenever I switch to Dolby digital or Dolby Atmos bitstreams I get a horrible noises from all speakers nonstop and nothing could be played or heard except these noises, I tried doing a factory reset, changing all cables to HDMI 2.1, testing AVR with multiple devices and TVs (Xbox one X, 4K Bluray atmos movies, Nvidia Shield, Netflix, Plex , LG C9 and Samsung KS8000) the AVR receive Atmos signal and display it on screen but only output these nasty noises, My device FW version is R108-0300-2120-0000, just wondering what firmware version do you have on your device? and what is your thought on the matter? do I have a faulty unit that should be retuned to the vendor or what am I doing wrong here?
Hi, sorry to hear about your issue. All I can think of is interference with the speaker cables. Especially the atmos ones. Was it setup as 3.1.2 in the settings? Did you set up the speaker cables correctly? You can check if there are open wires that causes shortages to other metals or if the AVR is near a wifi router, I think that also introduces interference. You can try also resetting the AVR to factory settings. Hope this helps.

Yo London That’s great to know that it was replaced. Before, I was using 5.1 and then tried Atmos out of curiosity. I was spoiled, to say the least. But, if you have only few Atmos titles or sources, 5.1 is the way to go. So far, I am still okay with virtual surround as long as I get Atmos.

Pragya Richhariya You can get virtual atmos even if you are using 5.1 setup. Mine is set as 3.1.2 so I cannot tell exactly how good is the sound without any atmos speakers. You can force the receiver also to output 3.1.2 even with just regular stereo source.

Center speaker, I have made the volume a little louder in settings, I think +3 to have louder dialogues when watching movies.

When seal inside sub woofer box the air will not loose out but push to limit to get deep bass , now I using 8inch sub woofer

No static noises. Only the relay clicking whenever you turn on or change sources, this is normal as with any A/V receiver.

Hi. Unfortunately, no. There isn’t enough speaker terminals at the back. You get to chose if you want 3.1.2 or 5.1 only.
You can have the option to have an optional powered subwoofer, though, if you later decide.
