I have PCOS and definitely try to change your lifestyle. I always had 75-85 days long cycles. A few months ago, when I've got diagnosticated with PCOS, I started to change my life by eating healthier (I avoid sugar at all) and go to the gym 3 times a week and now my cycles are around 50-55 days long. I didn't finish my weightloss journey but definitely I feel much better. So to all women that struggle with PCOS, definitely try eating healthier and do some workouts because it does some magic 😇
Pcos is often treated with birth control pill and metformin and when you stop the pill all under doctors guidance, you miss the period for a long time even if the ultrasound was clear. Can you please discuss the absence of period after stopping the birth control pill for treating pcod and when should the period start after stopping the pill. Or if there is any thing else that has to be done. It'll be of great help
I was diagnosed with pcos in 2019 I was treating myself however despite of taking medicine my cyst got increased and dr told me to operate eventually. I was told that chances of getting pregnant are very less by every dr . I operated the cyst in 2020 I reduced my weight first after 4 months i m blessed with baby. Those who are struggling for baby please make sure you get your pelvic scan done every 6months and maintain your diet, exercise is must

Then a whole grain roti with sabji and boiled egg for breakfast. nuts, citrus fruits for mid morning and rice vegetable fish dal for lunch and dinner at 7.30 with 2 boiled egg , sometimes roti sometime soup.... Doctor prescribed me metaformin based medicine twice a day to reduce cysts and folicz and vit E and C and progestrone for conceive. For exercise I always tried to engage lower part of body like squat,alternate lungs..Now thanks to god, tvs report shows no cyst in ovary.Thats really worked for me! But everyone should visit gynecologist first.treatments vary on cyst size amount nature and types.

It increases chance of misscarriage or twin or triplets. 2 saal pehele I had a slient misscarriage. Doctor failed to identify the cause as they did not cheeked with TVS. This time i m pregnant with twins.Please keep me in your prayer. And I think after being fully cure from pcos,one should try for baby.
