Nice! I have the mermaid fro collection and plan on buying the mermaid spiral set. I've finally realized how to care for the Fro set - mostly human error - but I've now lost a ton of hair on the wefr and patience. To much maintenance for me. I'd rather spend the time to style my leave out to blend then deal with the time it takes to maintain the Fro hair. This video just convinced me:-) Thanks
No problem, naturalbrwnbean! And when it comes to detangling hair extensions, I now put a towel on the floor and detangle from down there. I place my hand on the top of the wefts (putting all of my weight on it) and brush from the bottom up. This really helps cut down on shedding. Even with the My Spirals collection! I'll probably do a video about that soon ;)

Hey Lana, I thought you usually put your clips in with your own hair braided? Which do you do more, hair braided or free and would you on a normal day use 1 or 2 packs to achieve your looks
Hey Ose Etomi! Great question! I did have braids in the back for looks 1, 2, and 3. However, on a day-by- basis, it largely depends on how tired I'm feeling. Kurly Klips keeps me BUSY and sometimes I'm just honestly too tired to braid up my hair, especially since I like to wear my natural hair in wash n go styles. It's really a 50/50 split. Half the time my hair is braided, half the time it's not. When my natural hair is loose, I can get away with wearing only one set of the My Fro collection. With the My Spirals collection, it depends on the look I'm going for. I use one set for ponytails and updos. If I'm wearing my hair down, I need 1.5 to 2 sets. Let me know if this helps :)

Hi...so I got my Kurly Klips yesterday, Yaay! And now I'm wondering when you do have time to prep at night what do you do? Do you re-twist your leave-out hair each night? Or does your twist out look last you for more than a day without re-twisting? I'm trying to minimize the manipulating and am wondering if there is another option besides constant re-twisting.
Hi rashidajh! Sometimes I re-braid my hair and other times I just wear one of these styles and pin my own hair down. You can also try using product with a firmer hold so your twist-outs last longer.
