I like to tidy up and give things a once over after a trip too. Sometimes the house just feels stale and I want to freshen it up. I love to listen to 70s and 80s music when I clean. For your Dutch oven, try Bar Keepers Friend powdered cleanser for cookware (blue can). I think it works really well.
