Just because the angel greeted Mary doesn't mean that catholics should worship Mary Luke 1:42-43 & Elisabeth spake out with a loud voice & said, Blessed art thou among women & blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Once again Elisabeth talking to Mary is not an commandment to pray Mary
