Couldn't possibly be any more excited for the next season! I think the comparisons to Office and Parks are fair but at the same time Abbott Elementary feels so fresh and has such a unique charm and character that it totally stands up on its own. I love how you can really tell how much love and attention was put into every detail of this show, and the tremendous amount of effort they put in to portraying public school teachers accurately and with so much respect for what they do. I think Ava/Janelle may be my favorite because she is so funny I laugh until it hurts, but really the entire cast is phenomenal and it's amazing to see an ensemble with such great group dynamics after only one season!

Will Abbot Elementary ever deal with people who have actual learning difficulties/differences? I’ve experienced a really awful experience with the school system I grew up in/with. Couldn’t honestly learn, grasp, comprend any of the subjects, felt completely different & really really uncomfortable 😣in the school building & the abusive treatment I received from the people in the classes plus the teacher(s) didn’t either believe or comprehend it, but u better believe it > I lived in it! I’ve therefore also experienced a tremendous amount of loss & just lost my education that was deserved, but clearly NOT the way the old fashioned school system was setup for. It was 👎🥺😖😭HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE & created tremendous trauma inside me. So, that’s my long question for the original creator of this show. Please seriously consider adding this serious issue in your program?! It really needs to be dealt with! Thank you if u read this comment section & actually include my serious suggestion(s) into your show. I’m pleading for this acknowledgment.
I loved Parks and Rec but other than looks to the camera and talking heads I can’t compare the two shows. They are both great. Abbot through…. Just has something extra. The authentic feel of the classrooms and pupils makes it feel SO REAL! The teacher/faculty cast are all so incomparable and there is not a weak link at all! Quinta created GOLD 🤎
