1-pound Bluegills @ Lake Pleasant?!Catch N Cook

We finally came across the 1-pound bluegills we caught about a year and half ago! It was a beautiful day out at Lake Pleasant with the family, and we had an awesome time. @@lawrencepoohmanthomas2796 we don’t eat the bass we catch because out here in Az it not too common for us to catch bass that are 10 pounds or over. So we put them back in hopes that they will grow bigger and put on a nice fight for us or someone else in the future!

We don’t eat the bass so that they can grow big and put on a nice fight for us or the next person. If we just ate them all there would never be any big bass for us to catch. Especially here in Arizona where catching a 10 pounder is not that common. Probably because they are getting eaten! Thanks for checking out our video

If you filet that bass out of the skin it eats like a totally different fish. Leave the skin on...NASTY

Yes I usually take the skin off but I will sometimes leave it on when I cook the bluegills!

Yes but the bass in particular you HAVE to avoid the skin.. bluegill and most fish it's good tho
