- //Surprise! You thought it was Chara, but it was me! Dio!-- I mean... Sans... and uh... Yukari.
Dear... LORD. This project could arguably be THE most ambitious project of Undertale DDD Season 1. (I keep saying that, but this time. it's definitely and will be true.)
Likewise, it gave my old PC multiple aneurysms, not to mention myself for that matter... It was just so BIG, had so many varying components to it and it forced me to do things I had never done before. (This is what happens when you let your imagination pilot most of your animations).
Regardless, as much as I wanted to throw in the towel multiple times - looking back at it, this was the most fun project to date. I had a jolly good time animating and throwing references into this one, plus - I finally got to do an Undertale x Touhou mashup - something I only DREAMED of doing a long time ago.
So in the end, it was all worth it. I enjoyed making it and thus the end result.
Overall, this is what I like to call a conglomeration of months of joy, laughter, sadness, frustration, tedium, lethargy and fatigue rolled into 30 minutes (my longest animation to date!). A 'love letter' - if you will, to the creative side of the Undertale Fandom and to the beloved Touhou franchise.
Hope you guys enjoy it too!

Sans' segment is about wasting time (until Yukari arrives)... In quite a rather brutal, excruciating way. As usual he only does one damage... per frame. Meaning he can decimate your HP in mere seconds if the SOUL is left unattended to his attacks. The worst thing is that his 'Poison Effect' now covers the entire health bar if the SOUL even touches his attacks for a split second, signifying the utter weight of their sins. His attacks are harder than before and incorporate very unorthodox and absurd tactics - making his fight unpredictable and unexpected. Unlike Yukari, most of Sans' attacks somewhat revolve around platforming challenges and tricky SOUL mechanics than bullet hell.
"I didn't establish a certain theme or motif for him like I did with the other monsters, so it allowed my imagination to really wreck havoc. All in all, Sans was the perfect avenue to channel... ahem Chaos, CHAOS! ... And also to channel the great homage to all the AU creators out there... You guys and gals sure bring color to the Undertale Fandom, and I much appreciate that. As such, hope you enjoy a particular segment of this video as a small homage."

Yukari Yakumo
(As it is rude to ask a lady her age, it is equally rude to ask of their statistics... Or just about anyone. So she has been left a mystery.)
Difficulty: *****
Yukari on the other hand likes to make quick flaunts of her power - toying with her opponent and intimidating them with boasts of tricky bullet hell patterns, without giving them much of a chance to adapt to her attacks. Whilst she doesn't have Sans' level of invincibility frame negation, The Human can still get hit by each bullet, with no rest. Yukari can even use The Human's attacks against them via her 'gaps', which she can use to absorb the Human's strikes and throw it back in their face in another attack (in bullet form). Unlike Sans' attacks, Yukari incorporates more bullet hell than platforming challenges or SOUL mechanics.
"There was once a time I wanted to do a cross over animated fight with Sans and Yukari. But not another 'A vs. B' animation y'know? 'How about they work together?' I thought to myself. After all they seem like they'd have great team synergy. Well, here I am now~ I wanted to do a danmaku-inspired take on Yukari's spell cards in the IaMP and SWR fighters. For those who keep having to associate the swastika at 23:33 with Nazi Germany: it is a symbol originated from India and appeared in many culture and religion (and specifically Buddhism in this case, because it is a reference to one of Yukari's spell card "Butterfly in the Zen Temple", with Zen is the Japanese name for a branch of Buddhism that is common in Japan, China, Korea and Vietnam). Heck, you can go into a random Buddhist/Hindu/etc temple in any country like Nepal or Sri Lanka and there are a high chance that you can encounter that symbol in the architects.
Just shows how stupid the nazis were, using a symbol for reasons contrary to the symbol itself. Remember, outside of video games, murder is not ok. Genocide also isn't as that's just murder for who someone's ancestors were

To be fair, (and I’m not touhou player) Yukari is of legendary status in her universe and has an ability that’s borderline nonexistent in the Undertale universe and even many AUs: the ability to freely manipulate the fabric of space and time. If she really wanted to, she could literally just teleport Frisk/Chara into the Void, scatter their body across innumerable dimensional planes, or probably simply warp their Soul to the Determination Extractor in True Lab. She is easily over 1,000 years old and that means she’s got a huge knowledge about reality itself. I guess I’m just trying to say she’s basically got a solution and cause to every possible scenario at her disposal.

Red means that the players get more damage which that means that the damage from the attack is doubled.
(Red attacks are from underfell btw)
Guys. Let me explain something. You see when Chara attacks and Yukari uses a portal? She also said that the attacks Chara uses are aimless. Meaning they only go in one direction. So Yukari used this to her advantage and summoned a portal. Only to find out that when we tried to attack her, the attacks we used have been teleported in front of us.
I didn’t realize I needed to see Sans Iron Tager dunk Chara so much.

@@nguyenanhvu1113 Uh, no. That's not it at all. That spell card you're thinking of is based off of an entirely different move. Sanae's spell card there is based on the Misogi, a move used by Akuma in Street Fighter. The Dunk, given the name, is an obvious reference to Iron Tager's Astral Heat, from Blazblue, and doesn't reference anything in Touhou.

My, female Asriel Asabell to, she will destroy anyone that threatens timelines, and au's. because she's a hoper of timelines. and she can't be killed either. and actually can handle determination, and not melt like undyne, and other monsters, or lose control like Asriel. due to memory's, and realizing he'll be a flower forever, after the fight. because she never died. and she's mainly a sex related character, but she can definitely fight, and protect au's, and timelines trust me.

Touhou included, the distortions of reality make this possible in this AU and quite frankly. You've hit this one on the head, like all of the others you have done. I've been here since your first Asgore 0.0 test and you have come so far. I cannot be more proud to watch you grow and progress. This fight, went above and beyond. We are all behind you, your friends, subscribers and the Undertale community. I cannot wait for the Frisk x Chara fight.
