I noticed in the pilot episode Countess’s makeup was cute, her hair was cute, her outfits were cute, her character was cute, and smart, and funny . . . but in subsequent episodes they changed her look and personality and dumbed her down so she would not upstage, outdo, overshadow, or compete with the Moesha character.

I'm pretty sure it didn't end with just these three.
