I’ll bring you along for the full breakfast experience to show you what it’s like, give you a tour, meet the characters, and enjoy this experience with you! Disney’s Beach Club Resort is a beautiful place to enjoy a summer day, and Minnie’s Breakfast Beach Bash is a fun way to do it! You’re so good with those character interactions. I’m sure you just roll with it as it comes, but I’d probably have to plan some things to say so I don’t stare awkwardly at the characters.
The funny thing is, sometimes I try to plan things in my head, but as soon as they slide up and start their silliness, it all flies out of my head haha!!

We took our kids there. We brought colored drawings of the characters and they signed them. So cute ! 11 years ago I will always keep them.
3:26 A good hug from a Disney character definitely makes me emotional. Donald hugged you for 10 seconds. Nothing helps release pent-up emotions like a Disney character hug.
I grew up an hour north of Cape May, N.J. I went to the U.S. Coast Guard Boot Camp, there. My buddies and I would go there during High School and College. I worked one summer at a Marina there. My heart will always be long there! I never knew Disney had an attraction for it. Making me love Disney, this much more! Thank you! ❤

We were just there last week and it was hot! Also visited a week before with our children and grandchildren. We ate at the Yachtsman restaurant...totally delicious. Disney just does it the best! Thanks for sharing, brought back lots of nice memories...you do an awesome job!

The buffet looked great! More importantly, this is the first documented evidence we have ever seen of someone eating a Mickey waffle by not eating the ears first. 😀
I have told folks if meeting the main mouse, Mickey, is not a deal breaker then Cape May is a great character breakfast. My family loves it and my father in law hardly smiles but best guy Goof came to the table.... He was a total kid again and couldn't stop smiling the rest of the day! I did not know that this character dining even existed. Thank you for sharing, I probably would’ve never known. I love ambrosia salad. It is so good. I’m really glad you got to try it. The beach club is on my list of resorts to stay at. Unfortunately I hear it’s hard to get a room there sometimes. I definitely wanna come back to Disney. Not sure when I’m coming back though so I really appreciate your videos.
The Interaction between you and Characters is the best😊 you been doing it for years, so it's easier for you to talk to the Characters. We ate at Garden Grill in 2022 vacation and I was lost for words when talking to Characters 😅😊 Characters are the best😊 Anyway, Disney Breakfast Character Dinning looks like the best time to get Character dinning. The lunch and dinner times look like good foid options but not the best ever food to eat. So I would love to do a Breakfast Character dinning. Disney Breakfast no matter what Disney place, the Breakfast is the best in my opinion. Although we haven't had opertunity to eat at to many places yet. This was great. Enjoyed. I love Cape May. We need to do the breakfast buffet, but we did supper 2 years ago and loved it. The bread pudding was so over the top. It made the entire buffet.

Your video today made my day..let me tell you. This morning got a mickey waffle maker, so excited my daughters loved it, I loved it, it was great just like at Disney…it was so nice! Anyways I come to work and show my coworkers and they made fun of me! Do you believe it, the nerve..saying I’m obsessed with Disney and I need help.. Well, this is not nice..I was kind of hurt. But at lunch I watched your video and it made me feel better..nothing is wrong with me, who doesn’t enjoy mickey waffles in the morning!
I’m so sorry for those party poopers!! Always gotta be some downers to try to poop on someone’s parade. Ah well, you know you have a huge community of people who love Disney and theme parks and fun things so just brush em off and enjoy those Mickey waffles!! Thx Jackie for the review. I’m glad your experience here was a lot better than mine. Based on my experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. The food was meh at best and we only had one character visit us. The server however was very professional and did his job well. It just goes to show you how inconsistent the food and experience are at Disney restaurants. Thx again!

So funny, my husband never tried ambrosia salad because he always thought it was mayonnaise instead of whipped cream.

I don't know why I get so emotional meeting characters, but I can't help but get warm fuzzies seeing Donald and Daisy dancing about in front of the buffet line. Oh my gosh I enjoyed this video SO MUCH! I was smiling through the whole thing. You captured the vibe of the resort so well ... the landscaping is just stunning. And that character interaction with Donald was just too much ... LOL. I'll be staying at the Boardwalk next spring and will definitely check out the Beach Club and do this breakfast. Here is a weird question…Does the Cape May Cafe at breakfast time have the smell of seafood leftover from the dinner from the prior evening?
Interesting question and no! I’ve never had dinner there but I know it’s seafood, and I honestly didn’t even think about it and there was no seafood smell at all! I saw they steam the whole buffet and clean it really well so maybe that’s why. Plus the beach club lobby smell is so fresh and strong haha.
@@SuperEnthused I have wanted to go here for breakfast as it’s usually available for booking, but I have come here for dinner and the seafood situation is intense! And I could eat seafood every day of my life no problem. I was thinking maybe the carpet and fabrics would hold the seafood smells. Sounds like I’m in the clear though?🎉 Will have to add it to the list to try! Also, what a great character experience, too cute 💕
Cape May doesn’t smell as much like fish like it did pre covid because they no longer cook the crab legs in the center kiosk because they are no longer on the buffet. The only fish is baked salmon.
If you were choosing between beach qnd yacht club which one would you stay at and why? Which one is a closer walk to the parks?
Honestly I would go with whiter has the better price. I’ve never stayed at Yacht Club, but as far as lobby, food and things I’ve seen go, I love them both equally and would be thrilled with either!!
Nicely presented, Jackie! This one made me tearful because we stayed there a couple of years ago and had so much fun. We didn't eat at Cape May, though, and after seeing your meal, I wish we did. Beaches and cream and cream and the Yachtsman Steakhouse are delicious. We enjoyed the pool with the lazy river and the long water slide. We also loved having a short walk to EPCOT. I miss it so much, but it's quite a trek from Los Angeles, so it'll be a while. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the trip down memory lane 💙
