Very nice grate work. Please tell where to get he high gloss film to print the image. please give link to purchases. and details about it thickness etc. Thanks in advance.
Hi, I only print for myself and do not offer the service. I know there are folks on Etsy that do custom printing. You could also ask on my Facebook group: Lenticular Art, Printing, and 3D Photography. There are a number of people there that offer the service.
What printing software you're using. I guess it's special 3D printing software and it goes along with the coated lenticular sheet. What temperature you are usijf at laminator. Can I have your contact to learn more from you? Thanks
There are large format UV printers that can print the interlaced picture to the rear of the lenticular sheet. It’s still a hands-on workflow because you have to align the sheet on the printer.
@@MichaelBrownArtist Thanks a lot! There were lenticular cards that were given in millions of Frito-Lay (Cheetos, Ruffles etc) snacks in my Country. They were probably done by UV printers for the amount that was done right?
@@curat3d , the UV printers I mentioned are for small quantities. There are litho workflows for customers that need thousands or million of the same piece. optigraphics.com/lenticular-printing/
@@MichaelBrownArtist Thanks for the response! And I've read mixed things about UV printing on lenticular sheets. Is it actually higher quality than printing on paper?
@@MichaelBrownArtist Thank you, your videos are filled with undocumented techniques that have helped me tremendously. The how to's instruct you to laminate your interlaced photo to your lenticular sheet, but offer no details on how to get this done efficiently. The tape to pull the release liner, score to top 1/2 inch pull the release liner and cover with the silicone sheet (I use parchment paper) has made my laminating improve. I may actually get a full sheet with no air bubble one of these days. Thanks again for all you post
You make alignment look easy 🙂
I have had lots of practice 😊
your work is amazing! thanks for sharing your process
Excellent work Michael!
Beautiful work 🎉❤ & Great setup. Hope 🤞 😅 i also make a setup like this in future 🔮 🔥
Amazing Michael!

The P900 works well.
Hi!! what you think of epson surecolor P800 for lencular printig?
I think the P900 works better.

I use either Lentigram of 3DMasterKit for interlacing. Photoshop for printing and a cold roll laminator. My contact info is at the end of my videos.
Wait, how many pics do you put before so it would be showing off more?just one or?
2-300
Hello Michael, great video! Does a machine that does this automatically for large scale production exist? Thanks a lot!

@@curat3d , can be better or worse. It really depends on the application, materials, and print process.
Do you run 2 different photos through a program first that prints it for this specific lenticular sheet?
Yes
Im looking into starting my own lenticular prints service and was wondering What kind of roll laminater is that and where can i get one from?
www.artgrafix.com/store/product257.html
i made thet to,A4,A2 but not sell then et all, :(
I could make a lenticular of 100 lpi of 16 x16 inches
100LPI is so thin that it would be hard to align. That LPI isn't recommended for inkjet printing, although a few people use it for business cards
in your opinion how should I frame a lenticular print?
Frame them as you would a photograph.
What do you use for the backer board and why is it necessary?
It's just a piece of acrylic. I was taught to use one when my laminator representative trained me on the machine.
