Another great review Josh! 👍 2022 19FBS owner here. Love love love this trailer! Yes, storage is lacking but once you figure out a workaround, this trailer rocks. Yes, there is some space behind that panel to the left of the fridge but it isn't much. Maybe room for a broom and not much else. The Westlake tires are holding up just fine. The batteries in the TPMS sensors died rather quickly so I just installed the valve-stem type, works perfectly. This thing is a boondocking rockstar. I upgraded the 20lb propane tanks to 30lbs. Added one additional 190-watt solar panel to the roof and two 100-watt portable panels that plug into the Solar on the Side plug up front. I also replaced the typical FLA battery for a 200ah self-heating LiFePo4 battery that is now mounted in the passthru under the bed. We can easily enjoy the extra months of off-season camping with no fear of cool weather. I do miss the 1800-watt inverter in the new units but I purchased an Anker Solix C1000 to be able to plug in the Keurig coffee maker and other high-watrage devices. I'm 5'10" and 215 lbs. Not a little Canuck but not huge either. I can take showers easily. The shower curtain gets a little grabby at times but no worse than the little woman. We removed the folding table. It was ok for the first two years but it was a bit heavy. We use two lightweight TV trays now that store easily behind the couch with the portable solar panels. Other upgrades/additions include: new thicker residential mattress, extra stinky slinky storage tube mounted behind the spare tire, Moen faucets in the kitchen and bath, Oxygenics shower head, digital thermostat and a Soft Start for the A/C so that we can run that off the Honda EU2200i generator while boondocking. We get tons of compliments on this little home-on-wheels and it can go anywhere our F-150 Tremor tow vehicle takes us. Keep up the great work! 😁
Josh we have the 2023 19FBS and lived in it for 8 months and we love our RV. We lived in it during the hotest part of the Summer and had no problems staying cool. 116 degrees and that's what I call a true test. I'm Aldo 6ft 3inch tall and manage well. GEO pro on the GO. I have the 2023 version of this modle and absolutely love it! Me, my partner, and our 130lb dog all live in it fulltime and we're perfectly happy. The only minor complaint I have is with the closet. I wish Rockwood would expand it flush with the countertop so that it would be deep enough for regular sized hangers
The thing that I like about the Geo/Epro trailers is the construction. Before we bought our Epro, we looked at several other trailers and brands. These trailers just seem to be a well accoutremented, premium small trailers. They include options other bigger trailers dont, are detailed well and in our case dont need a lot of maintenance other than screw tightening and lose parts check which any unit towing down the road in earthquake mode need. We have had our trailer for 4 seasons now and it has simply been a nice place to live while on the road. Yeah, not commenting directly abopout the particular unit, but on the whole.....these trailers are a good, well thought out option. I think that most people/couples not looking for a huge towable behemoth would benefit by looking into the Epro/Geo lines.
Thank you again Uncle Josh for a wildly entertaining video. This, surprisingly, checks a majority of my must haves. It is small, but that’s the way it’s supposed to be! I like that the couch fold out, that way if my hubby gets restless I can sleep. I’m actually impressed with the stove/oven combo. The lagoon table is very versatile! The microwave is a bit high for me, but that’s what my husband is for! I can work with the tiny bathroom. This unit isn’t really made for long term camping. All in all, I think this one would totally ( meaning our truck can tow it no problem) work for my husband and I.
The microwave may actually be slightly lower vs common RVs due to the fact these have smaller sidewalls. Visually it may not look that way but in person you may discover otherwise
I try to get a variety of stuff but i've seen a lot more smaller rvs this year. There's a LOT of stats indicating that's where the market is really at right now I just record what's in front of me
@@JoshtheRVNerd Alot of ppl may just want to keep their current truck instead of moving up to a 3/4 ton and of course there’s the money for those bigger trucks. We are the same as you. We walk on a lot and say “hey that looks cool let’s record it”.
We have a 22 19fbs and love it. We have two cpaps and we set them on the shelf above the bed and drilled holes to run the tubes down to the bed. Then added a better matress and turned the bed into a king by sleeping north south. My wife made a cushion that rests on two footstools and we use king sheets.
Wow that's.. kinda cool. I wish you could share a photo here so I could see it. I kinda have an issue where I need to see stuff visually sometimes but it sounds neat!
@JoshtheRVNerd Im on facebook and I have posted alot of pictures with all my mods, litium under the couch, welded receiver on my 2022, shunt monitor above the TV, rewired the stereo for true stereo ect...
I just added that Lagun Table to my 2023 19FBS. The wonderful folks at Forest River sent me the mounting hardware and the table top to install in the 2023 model. Simple to install. I also built a shelving unit to fit in that closet under the TV--that is a weird stock cabinet that works much better as a pantry than to hang clothes. And, like many owners of GeoPros and E-Pros, I switched out the stabilizers to more sturdy models.
Thanks for the review! Love these rigs. We have a 2019 Rockstaff E-Pro 19BH which we purchased about 18 months ago. Since then, we have traveled almost 16,000 miles through 25 different states and have had ZERO major problems. This is our 1st rig and when we were doing our research, you were instrumental in helping us to decide on these units. As an aside, the major reason that we were looking for a smaller unit is because of our tow vehicle. I know I will get some flak for this but we do all of this traveling towing with a 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid that gets anywhere between 18-23 MPG (towing) depending on terrain and weather. A WDH and brake controller is MUST but with that, this combo handles very well and tracks like a champ. Our only issue towing is , as you can imagine, steeper inclines. We just drop back on the accelerator and take it slow. Certainly NOT an ideal tow vehicle so don't try this at home! 😀😃
Man that's pretty impressive to hear! With that many miles have you ever had your RV's bearing enjoy a wash and repack? If not, then it may be a REALLY good idea
@@JoshtheRVNerd Oh yes! I repack the bearings regularly, usually every 12,000 miles or before we go on a long road trip. I also keep a digital infrared temperature monitor and check the hub temperatures whenever we are traveling, and stop for a break.
Plywood stiles and rails would be great but that's not what they're using here. It's what's known in the business as Lumbercore Actual screws into wood in use with a thin layer of MDF on the front and rear of the cabinets + sticker wrap fascia
BOO for the radial shower, YAY for everything else! 😍 I'd probably rip it out and put in a simple vanity, with room for a hanging trashbag under the countertop, and put in a large shower with a sink built into the corner. I had one in a bachelor suite I rented at one point, and the corner sink allowed for me to not have to put my feet in the shower every time I needed the toilet. Edit: And thank you for finding one to review!
I'd love that floorplan...if the CCC were somewhat higher. I'd really like to see that cabin on the low end of the Mini Lites with even just another 500lbs or so for cargo. The 2205S is really close, but I like the 19FBS floorplan and length better.
Josh, I love all your videos! I own a EPro 19BH that we have had for 3 years now. I love the quality and features. The only real issue is the small fridge. I wish they offered a larger fridge. We have ordered a Rockwood 2506s to get more room and a larger fridge. The west lake tires on our 19BH have been fine with no issues. No issues with the ventless AC as well. It keeps the RV plenty cool. I did change out the manual controls to digital however so the fan does not run constantly. Keep the detailed videos coming.
The new 12v fridge they're using is something like 5.3 or 5.7cu ft which is larger vs what they used to have. Is yours the previous gas/elec or the new model?
It is a 22 model and 4.5 cubic feet I think. It is good to know that they are going with a little larger fridge now. Our new 2506s is going to be 10.8 cubic feet. I would love to see pictures/ video of a recent hide a bed option on a rockwood mini lite. There is only old videos of this on TH-cam.
Hey Josh.. I just bought a 23 Jeep Gladiator with 7000# tow rating and I'm looking for a small towable. I thought I had found it here. Until you stepped into the shower. I'm 6'3" 290#.. If Rockwood would slide the fridge to the left, that would give more room for a bigger, taller shower where the toilet is sitting. Maybe, Rockwood is still reading the comments and will change it.. Good luck and God Bless
Unless the shower is center-mounted in the RV there's no way we'll get more headroom in these little boxes. However.. th-cam.com/video/rkfYfdnn-ZI/w-d-xo.html is a similar layout from Jayco with 5" taller sidewalls plus the skylight. Your head will be in that skylight but I think you may fit better
We have the ‘19 193bhs Apex Nano and no kids. 😊 The bunk area we use as storage. As a couple we would like to have extra space in the bathroom. We actually removed the BR door as it blocks the storage space in the bunk area. This is a nice layout. 👏👏👏 good presentation Josh!
yes the space by the fridge is blank and can be opened up. the microvave can come out but there are lots of wires for the roof there so you only get part of that for storage. the big drawer under the bed is nice but you have to keep what you put in there light or it will break. the west lakes that are on this model i have been running since 2019 and they look and work great. i think the small ones were call "china bombs" but these are wonderful. the speakers in and outside always su
For a small camper it’s nice. It’s surprising to have all that living space in a samll camper. Like the queen bed. Nice size for towing. Rock wood is a great brand. Thanks josh!
Josh: With your enthusiasm and delivery, you could sell snow during an arctic night in Alaska. As to the Rockwood Geo Pro 19FBS, it definitely passes the truck stop or rest stop rolling bed, head and mess test without deploying the slide out. BUT….. in rode mode, there’s still that pesky schwintek slide-out in the way. Maybe next year, the good engineers at Rockwood can figure out a way to lighten up the 19FBS, AND increase this trailers cargo capacity. Respectfully, W.S.
Just remember that the Dry/Empty Weight of a trailer is like asking a 45 year old man what he weighs and his response being, "Well, I weighed 160 lbs in high school." The weight of smaller trailers (sub 34' travel trailers) will be at or extremely near the GVWR and the hitch weight should be around 12.5%, if properly loaded. So, this trailer will weigh 4,400 lbs and drop a little more than 550 lbs onto your vehicle/hitch. With that said, Josh should be getting some compensation from the manufacturers. His reviews are second to none. He probably is the best manufacturer's rep around ... for about a dozen manufacturers. Those brands get to fire half of their marketing staff because Josh does all of the work for them!
Wow ty for the kind words. Nice to see when waking up first thing 😊 I actually have videos advising people how to estimate loaded hitch weight to a fairly accurate degree
This a really nice camper would be perfect for me❤ It has a stove which I love, doesn't has the dinette do love the trays instead with the sofa. Nice size fridge and decent counter space. Also the way the bed is you can use it as a day bed during the day loaded with a few pillows and make extra seating if needed. Nice storage because you really don't or shouldn't need a lot.
Ok, LOVE our 19FBS. We have the dealer "floor model" fully loaded with the offroad package. It's got fantastic interior space for the size. My husband is 6'2" and stands in it just fine. The AC does a spectacular job. We use inflatable footrests. Removed the microwave and converted to cabinet space since we are rarely at a campground and hooked up. Forest River sent us doors and hardware for the conversion. We use the closet by the bed as a pantry. Tons of natural light from the windows. We use our oven a LOT. I use the cabinet below the bathroom sink for TP and black tank freshener pod storage. 😊 The fridge is great sized. We use that space beside the fridge to hang dog leashes and keys from Command hooks. Would love if that was open or had a small door for storage, but we're fine so far. My friend sleeps on the sofa bed when she comes with us. She's 5'9". We don't use the outdoor stove (too close to the camper body for my liking) but we do use a tailgater combo with a longer gas hose plugged to that outside hookup, and we use that shelf all the time. The water heater and gas/electric refrigerator are GREAT for boondocking! Again, something we wanted because we don't usually go to campgrounds. I still say the black tank flush being above the electrical is a concern. Watch that the fitting doesn't loosen, or you end up with more than just a drip in that electrical box from the water pressure. Ours was full once, and we had to wait for it to dry before we could plug in. We tow with a 2016 4Runner. No issues and tows wonderfully. Rides higher because of the offroad tires.
Also, this is the same camper that I was referring to when I commented about it taking a major hit from a fully loaded walnut tree 6 months after we bought it. The walls, roof and roof rack took the majorityforce of impact and held the weight sitting on it for almost a month before the storage facility got someone in there to remove it. The entire roof liner and solar panel had to be replaced, as well as some minor damage to the awning support, which was covered by insurance and the warranty combined. I am a firm believer that it was the Azdell walls that kept it from crumpling and being totaled. I'll never get a camper without them. Wish that TH-cam would allow me to post a picture I took of my husband standing under the tree as we inspected the damage after the storm. It was incredible. If they could move the solar charger panel so it can be seen when the slide out is in, that would be helpful. It's not awful as is, just a very minor thing.
As others have stated, this could gain flexibility with a Murphy bed option. The CCC is also fairly low. But it's a Rockwood so can't complain too much. #nerdherd
Would make for a nice little weekend fishing camper for sure. Spare tire not mounted on the rear is a miss however. Another possible location would be to extend the front tongue 2 foot and mount it by the battery up front.
@@JoshtheRVNerdAt the time it was just the right size, shape, price, amenities, etc. I watched it go from little to no solar, gas/elec fridge, and so many other changes over the years. I've decided instead on the MiniLite 2509S if I can ever get to that point where I'm ready to buy one.
That 2509s is so good it put the no-bunk 2507s out of business which is funny. Just as many couples preferred the 2509s due to the flexibility of the cargo bunk setup
I've always liked the Geo Pros. More of a NoBo guy myself. But this is a super familiar unit and honestly, I do think they build a pretty good little trailer.
Ok, Uncle Josh, please make me understand how/why there's an actual queen bed in this little bitty RV, while it seems most of the "normal sized" RVs have one of those silly princess beds? I'm not a fan of the bed being closed on three sides, but it's a real queen! This is a neat little camper, and I think it would be a good choice for a solo venture. My suggestion for the shallow cabinet under the bathroom sink: Spice cabinet. Efficient use of space lol. Thanks for another great video!
I looked at this model prior to deciding to purchase The Grand Design aim 16 ml. One of my issues with this is lack of storage and cargo capacity, and a lot of that is due to this only being what 7 ft wide versus the aim is 8 ft wide, that really makes a huge difference all around the whole trailer
Do you think the old-school, really efficient family models will ever come back? Tiny, zippy ones that are just cozy bunkhouses - easy to tow but fits the whole fam. I'm thinking ones with flip-down bunks over the main bed. I see them all over used listings even up to 2012ish models, but almost nobody does them in new models and I'd love to buy something new.
@bandgazebo Check out the Grand Design AIM 15BH. Yeah, it’s pricier but packs a punch for a family AND has that cozy bunkhouse style with a flip down type bunk over the main bed that you’re looking for! Also extremely towable - GVWR under 5000.
I do like this camper. But! Prefer the similar Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S with dual axles and north-south bed. It's a bit bigger and costs more, but seems worth the extra.
I like the colors, solar package and rear ladder. Overall it wouldn't work for my intentions, but it looks really cozy inside! Its lack of storage and a closet that would make this unit a challenge for long term boondocking.
I’d prefer the table to be floating. I do like that the camper, despite being small, has a full size bed, and all the kitchen appliances that you need. It’s good to see an oven! I think I could live in this on my own, but if I had to share 1 room with another person, I may throw a fit lol. My family is Irish, and my grandmother lived in a 2 bedroom house, with her parents, and ELEVEN siblings, so we aren’t quite at that stage, I just like to have time for myself now and again. And peace …….. #rvnerdherd #nerdherd
We have the 2023 E-Pro 19FBS and we love it. Same as the Geo-Pro, just different exterior graphics. Can I get the table shown in this video and install it on my 2023? It would be a nice upgrade.
That air conditioner certainly cools well enough. However, having non-ducted air makes it significantly louder to run. It's one of the few drawbacks we've found with these units. We have a 2023 20FBS (very similar)
We have a coachman freedom express that has the same floor plan but ours has a walk around bed. Like the floor plan but small when camping more than a couple of days
Off-topic maybe, but you mentioned running slides in or out without pausing. I haven't heard you mention this before, and wondered what the logic was behind this. I normally do run the slide around halfway so I can kinda check to make sure the seals and such are opening correctly. If this is wrong, please enlighten me. Thanks Josh!
Certain slide systems like schwinteks are not really designed to be opened partially If you do it now and then to check seals - you're fine. That's fine. But when you also want to make sure you're holding the slide button down a bit when it fully opens/closes to allow the system to go thru its self-adjustment phase. *THE REASON WHY:* There are multiple motors in play at the same time. They aren't always 100% _perfectly_ in sync. So sometimes one side of the slide gets opened/closed a little more quickly than the other. So the sync phase resets that to make sure it doesn't become a compounding problem
I would love to know your opinion on smaller travel trailers? Like Bushwhacker, encore rogs, mod buggy, and the tags. We are older couple 👀 for something small
I'm not personally familiar with any of those but Bushwhackers. In my experience they were light weight, inexpensive, but also not a "top shelf" level of product if that helps For someone looking for a small & light camper for casual use they could be a solid offering
They help keep the RV lighter but as pointed out in the video also create hiccups in some ways. Perhaps give this RV a look: th-cam.com/video/rkfYfdnn-ZI/w-d-xo.html Same general layout but with a more "normal sized" body
Regarding “Road-mode” for the GeoPro/EPros, the Forest River Rep advised that you do not sit on the couch with the slide closed. This applies to any of the models with a slide. The slide is designed to carry weight only in the open position. So take the extra 15 sec to open the slide if you want to sit on the couch or dinette.
We are currently looking for our 1st camper. This would be a great size for us now that we don't have the kids. But my husband does have a C-Pap machine. I didn't really see a good place for that, especially since he would be on the slide side of the bed.
NERD, buddy! This might be an unreasonably long question, but here we go. Can you tell me what the essential differences are between these product lines: [ ] GeoPro: [ ] No Boundaries [ ] Ultralight RP192 [ ] Salem FSX [ ] Wildwood FSX [ ] Wolfpup [ ] IBEX
Funny Josh, as soon as i emailed You Tube this popped up lolol😂, id take a murphy bedcif it ment there'd be a larger shower. Boo no reclining seat or sofa. I actually like the drawer rather rhan a tote that you have to get down on your knees to reach in that hole to pull out the tote/s. Boo on not getting a bigger fridge. A stick vac & broom/dustpan combo, in that vertical space. Nice bigger oven. Id put rolled up towels in the under the sink. Yeah bigger vent fan. Reduced the shimmy factor for everyone walking around and kids jumping in and out. I'd prefer dual axles, my 19ft Terry had dual axles. Thanks for the great job showing us everything😊
Was thinking this might be the trailer for me, but I hate the windows. I like to open things up and get lots of fresh air without running fans and it doesn't look like these windows can do that.
I really enjoy watching your videos and I know you have done ones on Half Ton Towable but almost all the trailers that you show except this one is to heavy for what I have a 2018 Ram 1500 Bighorn crew cab that the GVWR is 6900LB has 3.21 axle ratio 5.7 Hemi Axel GAWR 3900 Payload 1520 LB GCWR 13800 LB and a max trailer weight Rating by RAM spec 7990 LB. My problem is that most of the trailers your showing weight over GVWR 8000 LB. can you find some in different Lengths around 7990lb? Can be Toy hauler or Travel Trailer. I just know there are more people like me with this type of truck problem I really don't want to get a 2500 or 3500.😇Thanks for listing to me Rant
I try to record whatever is in front of me. I have over 7200 videos here on the channel so perhaps consider scanning back thru the archives on a few things. Meanwhile maybe chew on this one a bit: th-cam.com/video/RxebkI8NClM/w-d-xo.html
It's rough but I hope folks appreciate how I'm willing to point out something that might cause a person NOT to buy the RV from us. Our goal is to help you find the RIGHT one.. not "just get their business"
Not sure but I believe the reason they do not put a dining room table up against your couch is because that really is not comfortable and does not work
Oof. HATE that new table. We have the 2019 19FBS and the free floating table was one of the many things we liked. Honestly, if that table had been mounted like it is now, it would have given me some serious pause.
Can you clarify what you mean by "need air?" It has A/C, venting windows, and an XL bath fan Models like this 20BHS will offer the extra sleeping space: th-cam.com/video/sySzj3ZCURA/w-d-xo.html
I spoke with a few of their decision makers recently. They're actually considering possibly removing outside speakers entirely. I am personally in favor of it but everyone has an opinion There was a time in the industry RVs didn't have outside speakers Then some companies introduced them Then people wanted them Now.. it seems like it's going back the other way
I've seen folks wanting that now and then since day 1 of the geo pro series but it's simply not offered at the time. I don't hate the idea though. I think it actually makes quite a bit of sense
Crawl-over bed, radius shower, no kitchen counter space and only a 31 gallon fresh water tank. Hard pass for me. I will give them credit for the true queen bed and the ladder in the back.
I wonder if the 2513S wouldn't be more to your liking.. my footage on it is a bit dated but you can get the general idea here: th-cam.com/video/dtFpZk0nWug/w-d-xo.html
lol I personally agree and I've recently spoken with some of the rockwood planning people about it. What to do about outside speakers is something they're currently deciding upon for the 2025 models
@@JoshtheRVNerd Can one order a Geo/E-Pro without the outside speaker? For 2025 they need to incorporate the European double pane acrylic windows: With their built in blinds and shades they can eliminate the window valences, saving costs and giving more interior room to navigate and surface area for light to come into the RV and viewing the outside. Upgrading the suspension and enclosed underbelly is also needed. Switching to a high strength all aluminum frame and true off road independent suspension is the growing trend.
We use a Blue tooth speaker, the outside speaker is too high and the quality too low. Buy a JBL or other bluetooth and you will do better. It also alllows us to control the volume better. Outside speakers ar e a waste.
Another great review Josh! 👍
2022 19FBS owner here. Love love love this trailer! Yes, storage is lacking but once you figure out a workaround, this trailer rocks.

Oh that's super cool. I was estimating it could be applied to existing models but haven't been able to verify - Until Now! :)
This one is a great value. Quality construction. Plywood stiles I think. It's been my favorite for quite awhile.
Plywood stiles and rails would be great but that's not what they're using here. It's what's known in the business as Lumbercore
Actual screws into wood in use with a thin layer of MDF on the front and rear of the cabinets + sticker wrap fascia
@@JoshtheRVNerd I misunderstood. Maybe it was just the drawers.
Drawers are plywood boxed yes
I didn't mean to be a stickler or anything. I just like to make sure you have the best info possible available to you
@@JoshtheRVNerd I appreciate you explaining this to me. Plywood is very light in weight. Just did my kitchen with oak fronts and plywood stiles.
Just wish they made these in a double axle version.
That's kinda what this is: th-cam.com/video/RxebkI8NClM/w-d-xo.html
BOO for the radial shower, YAY for everything else! 😍 I'd probably rip it out and put in a simple vanity, with room for a hanging trashbag under the countertop, and put in a large shower with a sink built into the corner. I had one in a bachelor suite I rented at one point, and the corner sink allowed for me to not have to put my feet in the shower every time I needed the toilet. Edit: And thank you for finding one to review!
My pleasure! I always enjoy going thru rockwood models :)
I'd love that floorplan...if the CCC were somewhat higher. I'd really like to see that cabin on the low end of the Mini Lites with even just another 500lbs or so for cargo. The 2205S is really close, but I like the 19FBS floorplan and length better.
Maybe the 2109S then? It's like the momma bear between the 19FBS and 2205S. Seen here: th-cam.com/video/RxebkI8NClM/w-d-xo.html
Oh man.. that 193 was THE apex model for so long!
yes the space by the fridge is blank and can be opened up. the microvave can come out but there are lots of wires for the roof there so you only get part of that for storage. the big drawer under the bed is nice but you have to keep what you put in there light or it will break. the west lakes that are on this model i have been running since 2019 and they look and work great. i think the small ones were call "china bombs" but these are wonderful. the speakers in and outside always su
thank you so much for the "dead pocket" info!
Lived in this model for 2 1/2 years (2020 in the e-pro version). Solo camper. Loved it.
Wow! Treated you well then?
@@JoshtheRVNerd Absolutely!
For a small camper it’s nice. It’s surprising to have all that living space in a samll camper. Like the queen bed. Nice size for towing. Rock wood is a great brand. Thanks josh!
You bet!
If we ever went back to a towable this is on a short list of maybe two or three models we would consider.
Nice! What else are you considering?
Idk if it's wide enough, but I'd like to see that spot next to the fridge hold a roll out pantry.
I'm still trying to get clarity there
It is not very wide though. But I think it could be a solid broom closet spot
Extra CCC would be nice
That's a cute little son of a Bish.
And the trailer isn't bad either 😊
hahaha
Love the rear hitch reciever. That's a great change!
I think so too!
Nice to see when waking up first thing 😊
I actually have videos advising people how to estimate loaded hitch weight to a fairly accurate degree
Yes it does!
The fridge is great sized.
Inflatable foot rests? I can’t recall seeing one. Will have to google those
This is awesome feedback btw. Ty so much!
STILL my favorite Trailer since about I think 2017 or so
funny how you get a taste for something specific like that
@@JoshtheRVNerdAt the time it was just the right size, shape, price, amenities, etc.
Overall , I really like this unit. Will definitely consider it.
Reading thru these comments I'm seeing a LOT of folks really happy with theirs
I've always liked the Geo Pros. More of a NoBo guy myself. But this is a super familiar unit and honestly, I do think they build a pretty good little trailer.
TY Carl!
Buddy I wish I had an answer for you. I'm on team "true queen" whenever possible
Those AIMs are really catching on. I actually feel like more companies are going to start modeling themselves after what imagine is doing there
Do you think the old-school, really efficient family models will ever come back? Tiny, zippy ones that are just cozy bunkhouses - easy to tow but fits the whole fam. I'm thinking ones with flip-down bunks over the main bed. I see them all over used listings even up to 2012ish models, but almost nobody does them in new models and I'd love to buy something new.
Apologies - the description offered is somewhat vague so I'm not sure what specifically you're referencing
That 2205S is just done _so well_
I like the colors, solar package and rear ladder. Overall it wouldn't work for my intentions, but it looks really cozy inside!
Its lack of storage and a closet that would make this unit a challenge for long term boondocking.
Thank you!

I always used to wonder what my great grandparents did to pass the time. Maybe I should ask their THIRTEEN kids..
We have the 2023 E-Pro 19FBS and we love it. Same as the Geo-Pro, just different exterior graphics. Can I get the table shown in this video and install it on my 2023? It would be a nice upgrade.
Regarding the table: *probably?*
Our parts teams may be able to assist in more detail
Thanks for answering back. That says a lot about your character. Hope you sell a ton.
Boy I try. Thank you!
That air conditioner certainly cools well enough. However, having non-ducted air makes it significantly louder to run. It's one of the few drawbacks we've found with these units.
We have a 2023 20FBS (very similar)
It is noisier than some certainly
We have a coachman freedom express that has the same floor plan but ours has a walk around bed. Like the floor plan but small when camping more than a couple of days
Sounds like a 192RBS! Great model
Certain slide systems like schwinteks are not really designed to be opened partially
If you do it now and then to check seals - you're fine.
@@JoshtheRVNerd Grateful!
shower beer…love it!

I would love to know your opinion on smaller travel trailers? Like Bushwhacker, encore rogs, mod buggy, and the tags. We are older couple 👀 for something small
I'm not personally familiar with any of those but Bushwhackers.
In my experience they were light weight, inexpensive, but also not a "top shelf" level of product if that helps
For someone looking for a small & light camper for casual use they could be a solid offering
I was drawn to these campers but the short sidewalls make the shower a deal breaker.
They help keep the RV lighter but as pointed out in the video also create hiccups in some ways. Perhaps give this RV a look: th-cam.com/video/rkfYfdnn-ZI/w-d-xo.html
Same general layout but with a more "normal sized" body
Nice model. You’re just a hoot ❤
😊 thank you
It's not a bad design for couples. Appreciate the space in road-mode.
TY! It's one of their first and I think still one of their best
great video Josh
TY Chris!
That's my general understanding as well. TY for the extra info from the factory-side
We are currently looking for our 1st camper. This would be a great size for us now that we don't have the kids. But my husband does have a C-Pap machine. I didn't really see a good place for that, especially since he would be on the slide side of the bed.
Tough for CPAP space in a small RV sometimes. Some brands will give you space on a headboard but that means a shorter mattress
@@JoshtheRVNerd Shorter mattress isn't bad for us. I like full travel access. Suggestions?

Are you saying that in your opinion Rockwood and Flagstaff are the Cadillacs of all the Forest River brands?
I think that's a fair way of saying it
If that is a dead space by the fridge, then a pull out pantry shelf would be excellent.
Yeah I'm not sure what's there and haven't been able to get answers yet

@@JoshtheRVNerd again you said in your video there was no air!!

My uncle Gary wants me to remind you that one outside speaker is half of two, and that is halfway to your personal preference of no outside speakers.
I spoke with a few of their decision makers recently. They're actually considering possibly removing outside speakers entirely.
I am personally in favor of it but everyone has an opinion
There was a time in the industry RVs didn't have outside speakers
Then some companies introduced them
Then people wanted them
Now.. it seems like it's going back the other way
I think I would rather give up the oven. Put the microwave in its place and give me a bigger refrigerator.
I've seen folks wanting that now and then since day 1 of the geo pro series but it's simply not offered at the time. I don't hate the idea though. I think it actually makes quite a bit of sense

I wouldn't put a cat box next to your sleeping area, there's diseases that come with cat poop and cleaning a litter box.
Crawl-over bed, radius shower, no kitchen counter space and only a 31 gallon fresh water tank. Hard pass for me. I will give them credit for the true queen bed and the ladder in the back.

I've put plenty of bedspreads on them. You definitely want to start at the far corner and work back
Still one outside speaker 🔈,
absolutely stupid. Remove it or include two speakers as Stereophonic sound was invented in 1881.
lol I personally agree and I've recently spoken with some of the rockwood planning people about it. What to do about outside speakers is something they're currently deciding upon for the 2025 models
@@JoshtheRVNerd Can one order a Geo/E-Pro without the outside speaker?
For 2025 they need to incorporate the European double pane acrylic windows:
With their built in blinds and shades they can eliminate the window valences, saving costs and giving more interior room to navigate and surface area for light to come into the RV and viewing the outside.
