Loving the POV walk throughs
Every time you & Kale explain turns, on here or How to Rip, you go into more & more details. This is the best step-by-step description yet! Thanks Ry. It was exactly what I needed right now.
Thanks heaps Jaime, I really appreciate your kind feedback. Lots more to come on this platform :)
The last few minutes of this video are PHENOMENAL! I struggle with regaining speed to continue riding the wave once I hit the whitewash. I didn't know what to do until watching your video. Watching you perform a roundhouse to reentry (on replay) is extraordinarily helpful. You crushed it, bra!
Stoked this has helped you out Morgan! Thanks for your feedback
This is what I was needing mate. Thanks for the video. As you said during the video your just going over the basics and will get deeper into this subject. Cant wait.

Great to hear it helped you out, thanks for your feedback
Sick tutorial bro!!!
Stoked you found it helpful, thanks for the feedback
Nice vid!!
Thanks Jetze!
Another great walkthrough...always working on surfing top to bottom on the odd times conditions allow, my last attempt of a top turn releasing the fins I slipped off the back of the wave...probably turned too late and weak..any pointers on preventing that in a vid would be kool....most of our 4-5 foot days tend to be waves where you have to race down the line before it closes out and smashes you.... be kool to hear what you would do on those days.
Sounds good, some good ideas. Those 4-5 foot closeout days would be challenging, wave selection would really important to see if you could catch the ones that gave you just enough time to do a turn.
My man brilliant thanks
Thanks Andrei
Really good video I really love how you explained each simple maneuver. Are use the tips that you give me but I got two questions. His foot placement different when I do different maneuvers? And can I work on those maneuvers on my rip surf? Thank you love the vids
Generally foot placement stays the same for the turns in this video. Check out the surf skate tutorial in my playlist Ke Akua!
Nice this should help me 🤙🏽
Glad to hear it, good luck!
Awesome video!! I tend the get the bottom turn fine but always end up falling backwards off the board and ‘poo shoot’. Any tips to stay on the board?
Thanks Andrew. At what stage are you falling backwards?
Can you do a tutorial on cross stepping
Hi Shelby thanks for your idea, stay tuned for something soon.
Can you do some for long boards. I have an issue going down the line sometimes
Sounds great William
