Reach was honestly the height of custom games and matchmaking in Halo, sometimes I still boot up my old 360 just to see who is still playing it.
Wrong! Halo 3 customs were infinitely better

The Turtler 31 halo 3 map/game making was extremely limited compared to reach. When it comes to custom games reach has everything halo 3 has but more.
Mimik I like Halo 3’s matchmaking better than Halo Reach’s, but like Halo Reaches custom games way more than Halo 3’s

Dude this brought back memories. This was my friends and mine favorite custom game. Cannot even tell you how many late night we all had with this one.
I REMEMBER THIS GAME TYPE! I remember riding on the back on a mongoose and getting a two for one with a sniper rifle. One of the highlights of my time with Reach.
This is my favourite custom game from years ago and I remember playing this exact map endlessly w like 10 of my friends

I would put 10 seconds Kill zones on roofs and a mini-ramp for the infected to jump directly on the roof of the sniper tower. Otherwise, great map for 6 - 7 + players.

Honestly tho seeing how slowly the controller tracks left/right there's NO chance of crossplay. Genuinely after being so used to keyb/mouse for FPS its actually jarring seeing how slow controllers move in them

Infected aren't supposed to have sprint because that makes them run faster than the warthog. In the proper version they're slightly slower
