Do you think they will rework skater animations? Trying to come back to skater xl but it seems so janky? Was there something in the recent updates? my board is smooth but the skater's body is really stiff, especially the upper body. Very noticable when setting up to pop a trick. are you using any mods?
If someone re created the downward slope competition off Season 1 Episode 10 “Sheckler Sessions” in San Francisco, that would be insane, i kind of got that feeling with this style map🤙🏽

I had a realization today. I downloaded THPS 1+2 and it's been some fun nostalgia. Today when I booted up my PS4, I found myself going to THPS instead of Skater XL, which kinda blew my mind as I love realistic way more than arcade. But I realized... Skater XL console isn't realistic. In fact it has many of the same problems that plague Tony Hawk, without anywhere near the number of maps or the polish. Plus, I paid $29 for THPS and $40 for Shitty XL. Skater XL console version does not scratch the itch of a realistic skateboarding sim. Actually I feel this is a good thing, ultimately. Because it means when Skate 4 comes out I can uninstall Skater XL and not miss a god damn thing.
I wonder why sometimes you say like fakie Treys or frontside Flips. its still one trick, so singular not plural. Whats the reason for that? Just curious.ive been asking me that for a while. it keeps me awake at night and i need that answer so i can go to sleep.

when you re on multiplayer wait for the "master " to come to you(everytime someone get out of the room you go up one spot., then you can change to anymap you want, of course only people will join (randomly) are the ones who have the same map.
I have a lot of maps but when the master changes maps the game tells me that they are not installed and nobody joins my custom maps when I am the master, I have this problem since the last update
@@Wjx9 i mean, idk i think i have this situation aswell, for example, if you put lets say "hudland" , then people join, but in my case i have the "IAPI" map its a brazilian spot, and only once one guy joined when i put that on, the recreation center never got anybody in there also. Idk, the ugly side is, that you can even choose where to go, its like automatic random matchmaking, the only thing i can do if im not the master and wAnna change room, is waiting to the room fill up 8 to 10 people, then if you disconnect and reconnect yoself it will change to another map. Besides that im konda in the same boat
We can try private if you want. Post the room here when u created Nd me tion the map to see if i got it here. To see if its a problem or just the game who put the guys in prioritary "official maps"
I mean sometimes i even think they use our pc as a remote server, because when you close your game, every one whos in the room go offline, and has to manually go on the menu to reconnect(correct if im wrong) its kinda messed up.
Love this map but was very disappointing for other personal reasons. Im from Lincoln and currently live in Omaha, and grew up skating in both cities. I dont recognize any of these spots, and nothing about the map feels like any area of Nebraska I know. Not hating though, cause the map is still sick and one of my favorites to skate, just got way too excited thinking I was about to be able to skate some of my favorite spots I grew up on.
