I swear when I was hearing media people talking about this Dodgers bullpen, they didn't quite understand how deep it was. They kept saying it was good, but not as good as insert other team here. Same for the lineup. I kept saying that I felt like they were being underestimated. Which sounds absurd because it's the Dodgers and everyone goes into the year thinking they're the best team. I also remember saying that I think the versatility of this bullpen, where there's no set closer, no set roles was a huge advantage. Because if things got wonky--and they did!--they'd not get overwhelmed by the moment too much because they dealt with these things before.
Ryan Brasier is such a stud reliever.
So proud of Brasier in the Padres series where he set the tone for the bullpen game and didn't give up any runs. 🎉🎉
Brasier’s breaking ball against Tatis was nasty. This man locked in.

It's not hard to take a look at the arms on the IL and just assume that it can't STILL be that deep.
Those same people thought the AL was on par with the NL. NL pitching and defense was top notch this year.
@@TheShabzz Well, you know what they say about assuming.
Ya know what baseball fans love! Hearing millionaire athletes complain about how far they have to walk to a clubhouse.
