I applied, was accepted within 5 minutes, and woke up the next day to be told my shop was closed permanently. Once I found the reason it just said a discrepancy in information. I have no clue. So of course, I appealed and it says I am not allowed to appeal. I linked an account I have for educational purposes and it's the only one I post videos on. It's about two weeks old. So now I don't know what to do. They don't tell you anything. I finally got a real person on chat after running in circles with a damn bot, and they weren't allowed to view why. So he says appeal. I tell him I'm not allowed anymore. He says to wait 90 days and try again.
So is it my account that is banned? Should I try the way you just did it? I'm kind of heartbroken right now. And confused.

to open a shop, you NEED to connect a TikTok account. You can open a new one or use an existing one
He meant you should not link your personal tiktok account. Same goes if you already have a business one that does not cover the products you're planning to sell.
He then says you should open a new one, and that's the one you're gonna link to the tiktok shop.

My shop was deactivated wrongfully. I had just uploaded my first product and came back to see my shop closed by tiktok. I wish i could understand what was the issue to i know what not to do again. No warning just terminated. I feel discouraged. Is there any help out there?

Nope, worked as intended. They got you to hand them your ID/passport and SSN. TikTok is a Chinese based company that countless times over has proven to mishandle data. @@feranmiodubanjo734 yea she did not tell us how to sign up right as an individual. She showed us how to sign up as a business. There was a part where as an individual we did not need to sign and the showcase would of just required us to link our shop to the page and just it, then you would get the showcase tab.
@@feranmiodubanjo734 so you still get the showcase when you get that violation just appeal and explain what happen that’s all I did, but I did not post anything untill that 30 day lift was over cus’ I don’t do free anything, I’m assuming to be on the safe side don’t link your shop to that page instead link it to a new page with no violations or just make a new shop under a new email.

If you're not a US citizen, form an LLC (Limited Liability Company), preferrably from Wyoming if you want to be a sole proprietor.
LLC formation costs around $750 with all the bells and whistles. Having an LLC opens up the US market for you, not just on Tiktok shop.
Search on Google if you want to know more about LLC's.
