Basically, the black mamba is stopping æspa from connecting with their avatars - the communicate through the æ app (as seen in the M/V). SYNK means the connection between them. KWANGYA is the world their æs (avatars) live in and FLAT is the place where the members could co-exist with their æs. So in the lyrics æspa saying they want to see their æs again.

The choreography of the chorus reminds me of SNSD The boys, I feel aespa is like a mix of FX and SNSD, with the concept of EXO, do you understand what I mean ?, EXO in their concept debut came from planet EXO and have super powers, while the concept of aespa is avatar and lives in kwangya, I Seeing that Giselle is similar to Jung Krystal (in mv fx rum pum pum look at krystal, and look at giselle they really look alike), it's not surprising if they are similar, because SM ENT will definitely look for members who are similar to their predecessors visually

The group's name, aespa, is a combination of "ae" composed of the English initials of Avatar and Experience (Avatar X Experience), plus the English word "aspect" meaning "two sides", which symbolizes "meeting another self and experiencing new the world".
Description for aespa's debut song :
Story of adventures unrolled upon the realization that 'Black Mamba’ is a threatening existent to the world and a hindrance to the connection of aespa & 'ae', their avatars.
You can see in the MV, Karina got the messaage from Black Mamba in her phone and suddenly the train full of flower, black mamba (snake) came to their world and then karina's eyes change and suddenly move to another scene, I think she is the one who get targeted and get influenced. And after that scene the scene look so dark. And then ae-Karina seems so sad looking to karina but Karina seems so plain and ae-Winter dissappear in the mirror.
Black Mamba like a virus too here.
And then finally they fight back.
The one at the end, maybe she is ae-Black Mamba, new member in the future, or someone who will be important role in the next comeback. We dont know.
There is ae with black short hair but we dont know whose. She appear in MY KARINA and their teaser photo (she is on TV). Hmmm.

Let me give u a theory so the mamba is actually the controller or the goddes of KWANGIYA,the place where the æs or avatars live .So the mamabe is the reason they were able to find their æs and SYNK with them .Like the lyrics say is the another me u so it might be the mamba is evil and using their æs to take over them and be able to control them and the girls are confused but confident at the same time that will not give themselves up.Most likely Kariba is the one who got it first and is trying to protect them but u could also see how her æ is the first one who took over her and the other girls r also coming under its control.In one scene u could see a member with goddes most like the black mamba who is trying to take over them and if u listen close u could hear a spell chant like they r in the process of giving in and u could also see them confronting it and in the next seen they enter KWANGIYA and r trapped thats when they reveal a character at the same place where the mamba took the girls to KWANGIYA and they r nowhere to be seen .So the other one might be their rumored fifth member who will save them from the unknown world
