I am trying to change my writing to the architectural style. I've seen in other videos where some letters have a gap and letters are slightly skewed for personality, which I like. Both forms have a purpose depending on what you are trying to do.

what if I have the triangle one how do i use it like how you are

Flip the triangle and use the 90 degree vertical side as a guide as you letter your vertical lines. To draw the guidelines for heights, you will need to use your scale and measure out the heights before using your T-square to lightly draw your horizontal guidelines.

That's the goal. Unfortunately not everyone's handwriting is legible so there is an industry standard of using architectural lettering which for some looks like block lettering. It all depends on the school.
